"Kun saavuin hotelliin, he antoivat minulle huoneen -1. kerroksesta parivuoteella, mutta ilman omaa kylpyhuonetta. Kysyin heiltä asiasta, ja he sanoivat, että voisin käyttää yleistä kylpyhuonetta, koska kukaan ei aio käyttää sitä. Kylpyhuone oli huoneen ulkopuolella. Halusin tarkistaa varaukseni tiedot, ja oli selvää, että olin varannut huoneen, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja yksi sänky. Vastustin sitä, ja työntekijä sanoi aikovansa puhua pomolleen. He antoivat minulle toisen huoneen, mutta käyttäytyivät kuin tekisivät minulle palveluksen. Vaadin, että saisin takaisin maksamani summan. Ja mielestäni syy kaikkeen tähän on se, että olen turkkilainen enkä turisti. En suosittele sitä kenellekään."

"Stayed here for two nights, but wish I could stay longer! The location is excellent, in an alley just a stone's throw away from all the action in Taksim. There's affordable food options nearby, nice bars, desserts stores, and it isn't too noisy on the second floor where we stayed. The room itself was very clean on arrival. We were upgraded for free to a family suite, I think because it was a last minute booking and they did not have a room available. The family suite can comfortably fit 4 people, with a big comfortable bed and pullout couches that connect (but we didn't use those, so cant review). In the basement you'll find a Turkish bath company (which appears to have a partnership with AKKA but is not necessarily related) and we had a pleasant experience getting cleaned up there after a long day of walking around. Felt very convenient! Service wise, reception is very friendly and helpful. Arranged taxi to airport for us, available 24/7. Only issues I noticed were that our room seemed to have a few mosquitos - not sure how they got in. There was a latent humidity in the air, though (but we didnt open the windows so maybe this issue would have been relieved if we did). Room service could be improved - they came to clean the room the first morning even though we left at around 12pm, but it seems they forgot to refill our water bottles and coffee sachets. All in all these are small issues though! For such a clean, premium feeling, and conveniently located hotel, I'd happily pay the price I did for many more nights."

"The room is good but a little small than I expected but it is clean. And the balcony it is good as well but small. You can have chill time on the balcony while sipping your coffee or having a smoke there while looking for the busy street. Nearby and accessible to transportation taxi, bus going to the airport, markets, resto bar, pub, cafe and the tourist attraction. Taksim Square, galata tour, Kabatas tramvay station going to mosque attractions and all. ☺️"

"Exceptional stay. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Centrally located, new and very clean, attentive to the details. Room has everything needed for perfect stay in Istanbul. I wish I had more time to stay there. Breakfast was tasty and has option for everyone. Highly recommend it and I will choose it for my next visits to Istanbul."

"Удобно расположен в 2 минутах ходьбы от станции метро М2 Еникапы и мармарая. Минут 5-7 до остановки трамвая Т1. Номер хорошо оборудован с просторной ванной комнатой, но сам номер небольшой . Убираются добротно каждый день. Каждый день вода и чай/кофе. Странно работает кондиционер. То жарко, то холодно. В моем номере не работал сейф и кнопки уборки, на что мне ответили мол у нас безопасно. Внизу есть спа зона с бассейном, джакузи и сауной. Завтраки однообразные, но обширные и качественные. Огромная терраса с видом на город"
