Completely renovated with expansions in the 1990's and 2000's, and recent yearly renovations and upgrades, this home has four bedroom areas (one a master suite complete with functioning fireplace, 43 inch Samsung TV, and Jacuzzi bathtub in master bathroom), one full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, one half bathroom, one "nature bedroom" with functioning fireplace, living room with 55 inch Samsung LED television and gas fireplace, modern kitchen with all amenities, loft / office complete with two computer monitors for your XBOX/Playstations with gas fireplace, fast Wi Fi via an ORBI mesh network throughout the house, an unbelievable view of the mountains, and a Solarium with a JACUZZI J315 3 man hot tub, small gym, and sauna. A laundry room with modern washer / dryer, and bunk beds for four children, complement the basement, along with a home theater room which contains a 55 inch Samsung QLED television, again with XBOX/Playstation hook up capability and a gas stove fireplace. Satellite TV, computer terminals, WiFi, telephones, and internet are included. Because of the multiple level nature of this house, it is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for individuals with mobility disabilities. It also might not be suitable for some elderly, depending upon their physical conditioning. The rental has beds for up to six adults and four children / teenagers / small adults. Remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a community pool and jacuzzi. One of the only 2-bedroom condos in the main building which has an elevator and is in the same building as the pool. You don't have to go outside to go to the pool! Note: There are still three steps between the elevator and the condo. This is our family condo and not rented full time so we like to keep it nice for our guests and our own use. We hope you'll enjoy our home away from home.Some cool things about the place:Ski out and almost ski in. Ski right out to the Navajo lifts. There is a small hill to ski/hike back in but my four-year-old does it no problem. We love to ski in the day and go to the pool in the evening. Our kids LOVE it here.Brian Head has a free shuttle during the winter that will pickup/drop you off wherever you'd like to go in the town. You just text a number and they'll come pick you up.Copper Chase has a heated covered garage with first come first serve parking.
