We stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality. The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme. The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open. Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times. They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice. I will definitely visit again.

Service here is superb! The receptionist gave us a short tour of the whole hotel include the sister’s hotel as the facilities are shared. The view and the terrace here are AMAZING. You literally find many instagramable spots every corner of the hotel. Had my dinner and breakfast in Seten’s restaurant, I would say they are both really delicious and many choices for the hotel’s breakfast. Room could be quite small even I booked the Junior Suite, room has no ventilation too, the window can’t be opened so it can get a bit stuffy inside the room.

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Luxury 5 star hotel with very cool decorations and beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxurious too. Breakfast is traditional Turkish which means you are served at the table with many small dishes plus an order of eggs or omelet of your choice. It is a good breakfast. The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning. Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms. The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well. It is located just down the hill from the famous Kelebek cave hotel, about 3 minutes walk only. It does not have the view of the whole valley as the Kelebek hotel, but given the quality of the hotel and the great view, I think this hotel is a great choice and value for our visit. Plus you can walk up to kelebek hotel for dinner or drink with the views.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! We stayed in one of the caves and we absolutely loved it! The staff super welcoming, staying here you have direct access to Sultan cave terrace for the sunrise which has the best view for it! Also the hotel have two terraces and the pool! The breakfast delicious and the only thing to improve was that in one of the two days we spend there, they didn’t fixed the terrace so it was empty without the carpets and traditional cushions. The rest is just perfect! Oh and don’t forget to try the Hamam! 😻

C'est vraiment un hôtel magnifique avec une qualite de services au plus haut niveau. Il faut absolument visiter le spa et profiter des doigts d'or des masseuses (Tarima Kasim !) qui proposent tout type de massages a un tarif raisonnable pour ce type d'établissement. La piscine intérieure est somptueuse et il y a également une piscine extérieure et un jardin ombragé où il est possible de se désaltérer ou de prendre son repas. Notre suite était très bien équipée, voûtée en pierre, avec un jacuzzi et une salle de bain très spacieuse. La literie est très confortable, le wifi rapide, la télévision grande avec de nombreuses chaînes et connectable avec androïd. La climatisation pourrait être plus efficace mais suffit néanmoins. Surtout, la grande fenêtre donne sur une colline où l'on peut s'amuser à observer longtemps les anciennes habitations troglodytiques locales qui sont magnifiquement éclairées au lever du soleil. Les activités ne manquent pas et l'hôtel en propose une large palette, de la séance en ballon au quad en passant par la randonnée à cheval, avec toujours un appréciable niveau de service très haut de gamme. Le petit dejeu et est proprement merveilleux avec une démonstration live de réalisation de délicieuses crêpes locales réalisées par une jeune fille (dont l'assise pourrait peut être être rendue plus confortable ?). Jus d'orange frais, nombreux fromages et fruits secs locaux... Le restaurant ferme tard et propose des spécialités locales intéressantes à déguster. Le service est d'autant plus attentionné que les maîtres d'hôtel parlent anglais. Demandez à profiter de la visite du sous sol pour découvrir les incroyables suites troglodytiques dont le raffinement n'a d'égal que l'authenticité de la décoration faite d'objets locaux hétéroclites. Toutes encercle autour d'une autre piscine, elles sont vraiment toutes plus belles les unes que les autres mais ont évidemment un prix en conséquence...
