"A perfect stay experience. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful. The breakfast is rich in variety and first-class in taste. The lady at the front desk had a very bright smile, providing us with a good mood for the whole day. The hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off services as well as booking services for various projects in Cappadocia, which is very convenient."

"**I stayed at 3 different hotels in Cappadocia, Sah Saray Cave Suites is definitely the best.** We came in a group, 1 couple and 5 friends, rented 2 cars. My original plan was staying 2 nights in Uchisar and another 2 nights in Goreme at the same hotel. But the 2nd night that hotel was fully booked hence I had to look for another one. Basically most of YouTubers/Influencers/Bloggers that I saw recommended similar hotels, it’s kind of boring, so I just randomly clicked on the Google Maps and checked them out one by one. I’m so glad that Sah Saray popped up and it immediately caught my attention. I booked Mahidevran Room and Kemerhan Room. Both rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. Beautiful design, great view, excellent service and great hospitality. Got plenty of spaces for parking right outside of the hotel which is nice as it’s difficult to find a parking spot up the hill. Fast responding on WhatsApp when I asked for extra bed before arriving. All of my friends love this hotel so much that they wouldn’t want to check out. Highly recommended!"

"Me and my wife came from Jakarta Indonesia. We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed, event we can get early check-in since we arrived around 9am. The Honeymoon Suite room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a couple might need—jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night. The location was ideal—close to air ballon, local attractions and family-friendly breakfast restaurants run by friendly Mr. Kismet and his lovely wife. Mr. Kismet himself help us a lot, such as looking for rental scooter and understand the location around here. Highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for a stress-free, enjoyable vacation."

"C'est vraiment un hôtel magnifique avec une qualite de services au plus haut niveau. Il faut absolument visiter le spa et profiter des doigts d'or des masseuses (Tarima Kasim !) qui proposent tout type de massages a un tarif raisonnable pour ce type d'établissement. La piscine intérieure est somptueuse et il y a également une piscine extérieure et un jardin ombragé où il est possible de se désaltérer ou de prendre son repas. Notre suite était très bien équipée, voûtée en pierre, avec un jacuzzi et une salle de bain très spacieuse. La literie est très confortable, le wifi rapide, la télévision grande avec de nombreuses chaînes et connectable avec androïd. La climatisation pourrait être plus efficace mais suffit néanmoins. Surtout, la grande fenêtre donne sur une colline où l'on peut s'amuser à observer longtemps les anciennes habitations troglodytiques locales qui sont magnifiquement éclairées au lever du soleil. Les activités ne manquent pas et l'hôtel en propose une large palette, de la séance en ballon au quad en passant par la randonnée à cheval, avec toujours un appréciable niveau de service très haut de gamme. Le petit dejeu et est proprement merveilleux avec une démonstration live de réalisation de délicieuses crêpes locales réalisées par une jeune fille (dont l'assise pourrait peut être être rendue plus confortable ?). Jus d'orange frais, nombreux fromages et fruits secs locaux... Le restaurant ferme tard et propose des spécialités locales intéressantes à déguster. Le service est d'autant plus attentionné que les maîtres d'hôtel parlent anglais. Demandez à profiter de la visite du sous sol pour découvrir les incroyables suites troglodytiques dont le raffinement n'a d'égal que l'authenticité de la décoration faite d'objets locaux hétéroclites. Toutes encercle autour d'une autre piscine, elles sont vraiment toutes plus belles les unes que les autres mais ont évidemment un prix en conséquence..."

"Small luxurious boutique hotel - situated close to the Ucishar Castle in a relatively quiet and peaceful area. Hotel area & room are well kept and clean. Our room was cosy, laid out in split level with lounge / bath area at lower level ( room also had a generous size bath, ideal for soaking as morning temperatures were in low single digits). Breakfast, which was sumptuous, and other meals were served at the hotel’s only restaurant. We dined there on arrival - food was very good, although slightly pricey by local standards. One of the best feature of Via Regia is the terrace overlooking the valley - from there one can view the easing air balloons in the distance, even over coffee during early breakfast. We had a wonderful 3-night stay there .. and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others visiting Cappadocia !"

"The place is a wonderful location. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. You can walk to a lot of different attractions in the region without much difficulty. There’s 20 or 30 restaurants within a five minute walk the view of the hot air balloon balloons from my room was amazing. The Turkish breakfast included in the room is a great value and is so large. It can also count as lunch. We would definitely recommend it and we would stay there again"

"Loved loved loved my stay at Cappadocia Pyramid Stone House. Uchisar is such a peaceful, quaint little town in Cappadocia and the hotel reflected this. I stayed for 5 nights and found it to be super comfortable and the staff are truly amazing, genuine people. There is also an incredible Turkish breakfast every morning at 9am (though they can fix something earlier if need be) and it was one of the highlights of my trip, such good food and a great way to start the day."

"We got the deluxe suite and i like that it has a jacuzzi inside the bathroom. The room isnt originally a cave but made to feel like a cave suite. Aesthetically really pretty. However, I didnt like the bed sheets, it wasnt comfy for my taste and it wasnt snuggly fitting our bed. It was a bit smelling damp too which i believe is because of the water marks from the ceiling. Overall its in a nice good location and the breakfast is nice."

"A friend came to visit me, and the hotel mentioned that prior notice must be given to the staff. I apologize for not informing them in advance. The female supervisor insisted that my friend leave immediately, which was very upsetting. It's disappointing that such a high-end hotel treated its guests in such an impolite and uncomfortable manner. However, the other staff members were very friendly. I hope the supervisor can regain her smile and manners. Aside from that, the museum hotel is highly recommended!"
