"Family plus friends trip, very chill and relaxing while Bajo gov is restricted the major attractions island hoping activities due to an accident happened in 26 Dec 2025. "Booked the twin room to stay with my friend for one night - room was very spacious and clean. Loved the aesthetic inside the room (sorry didn’t take any pictures…) Toilet had a foul smell though, but I guess that’s the only cons in our only-one-night stay. Reception and the staff at the rooftop restaurant were all very friendly! Food was 💯 - ordered a vegetarian nasi goreng (fried rice) and it was really good! Didn’t use other facilities within Seaesta. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to Labuan Bajo!"

"I spent a wonderful night at this hotel before a boat tour to the Komodo Islands. The hotel is new and clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. There's a beautiful pool and green grounds. The highlight is the view of the sunset and the ships from the balcony. The hotel agreed to store my luggage for two days free of charge while the tour was in progress. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, and it's quiet. The buffet breakfast is delicious."

"Zasgo Hotel is conveniently located along the main road in town. It is clean and offers comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool and a restaurant serving both breakfast and dinner. Below the hotel, there is Zasgo Mart where guests can buy food, drinks, and souvenirs. The building also houses several shops for convenient shopping. The breakfast menu is simple but sufficient. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service for a fee of 30,000 Rupiah per way. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful — always ready to recommend great places to visit."

"One of the few resorts in Labuan Bajo that actually comes with its own beach. It was built in 2013, so while it’s not brand new it is only a little over a decade old.  We stayed two rooms for two nights — the whole experience felt relaxing and family-friendly. The resort appears well-maintained: according to recent listing info, it underwent renovations in 2023, which helps keep facilities and overall condition in good shape.  The beach area right in front of the resort is great for morning walks, kayaking, and even snorkeling. Honest feedback: though it’s a beautiful sheltered bay with clear water in the morning, there was unfortunately a noticeable amount of plastic trash along the shoreline. The natural setting is lovely — but the trash did dampen that much-anticipated beachfront vibe. A super helpful tip for future guests: on our last day we kayaked from Sylvia Resort across to a nearby beach area (near the private/restricted beach of a neighbouring property), and the water there — calm and coral-rich — felt like a small marine nursery. We spent about 40–45 minutes snorkeling there: that side-trip was definitely worth it. Overall, staff were helpful, the atmosphere peaceful (far from the busy town center), and the resort offered easy access to the jetty — very convenient for island-hopping tours. "The hotel was quite good and thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for us, even though it is located very near the mosque. The location is super strategic, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the weather at the end of December was not great, so we were unable to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The service was good, and the staff were able to resolve our requests within an acceptable timeframe. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which we really enjoyed. The complimentary 15-minute leg spa was a lovely touch and made me feel very comfortable after a long day trip."

"he location is excellent, and the staff is friendly! However, we hope the hotel can improve its soundproofing—it's quite poor. We could hear people walking outside the door, the noise from the air conditioner compressor, and some unidentified sounds. As a result, we were unable to get a restful sleep after our sailing trips. Additionally, the bedsheets and pillow covers were slightly dirty with some stains on them."

"I recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the window overlooking the beach or harbour is blocked by other building. However, you can patronise the rooftop bar to have unblocked view to the beach or harbour. It’s particularly good to view the sunset. The in-room amenities were adequate, but I found it is lack of toiletries such as toothbrush, comb, shaver. Overall, while the location and room size were positive aspects, there were some areas where the hotel could improve."
