"Zasgo Hotel is conveniently located along the main road in town. It is clean and offers comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool and a restaurant serving both breakfast and dinner. Below the hotel, there is Zasgo Mart where guests can buy food, drinks, and souvenirs. The building also houses several shops for convenient shopping. The breakfast menu is simple but sufficient. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service for a fee of 30,000 Rupiah per way. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful — always ready to recommend great places to visit."

"Booked the twin room to stay with my friend for one night - room was very spacious and clean. Loved the aesthetic inside the room (sorry didn’t take any pictures…) Toilet had a foul smell though, but I guess that’s the only cons in our only-one-night stay. Reception and the staff at the rooftop restaurant were all very friendly! Food was 💯 - ordered a vegetarian nasi goreng (fried rice) and it was really good! Didn’t use other facilities within Seaesta. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to Labuan Bajo!"

"One of the few resorts in Labuan Bajo that actually comes with its own beach. It was built in 2013, so while it’s not brand new it is only a little over a decade old.  We stayed two rooms for two nights — the whole experience felt relaxing and family-friendly. The resort appears well-maintained: according to recent listing info, it underwent renovations in 2023, which helps keep facilities and overall condition in good shape.  The beach area right in front of the resort is great for morning walks, kayaking, and even snorkeling. Honest feedback: though it’s a beautiful sheltered bay with clear water in the morning, there was unfortunately a noticeable amount of plastic trash along the shoreline. The natural setting is lovely — but the trash did dampen that much-anticipated beachfront vibe. A super helpful tip for future guests: on our last day we kayaked from Sylvia Resort across to a nearby beach area (near the private/restricted beach of a neighbouring property), and the water there — calm and coral-rich — felt like a small marine nursery. We spent about 40–45 minutes snorkeling there: that side-trip was definitely worth it. Overall, staff were helpful, the atmosphere peaceful (far from the busy town center), and the resort offered easy access to the jetty — very convenient for island-hopping tours. "The hotel was quite good and thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for us, even though it is located very near the mosque. The location is super strategic, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the weather at the end of December was not great, so we were unable to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The service was good, and the staff were able to resolve our requests within an acceptable timeframe. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which we really enjoyed. The complimentary 15-minute leg spa was a lovely touch and made me feel very comfortable after a long day trip."

"A clean and neat hotel at first glance! The people of this hotel right from the security, registration, food and beverages, amenities staff including those from gymnasium, swimming pool to room service and others are fantastic and well trained to provide hospitality to the fullest! My wife and I enjoyed their excellent services that include foods and beverages during breakfast, luncheon and dinner! AN excellent and new hotel to be recommended for couple or family tourists."

"I am happy that they gave me a room without stairs as I have a knee joint problem. Clean and hot water shower was strong. Only thing most hotels don't used spring bed which I ached over my body. Hopefully they can used a better material bed..near town centre and walk to the beach watch sunset and sunrise..good location.. lots of cafes and few restaurants.."

"Сначала пришлось остановиться в этом отеле, так как в другом на эту дату больше не было мест. С утра уехал на экскурсию и удалëнно забронировал ещё на один день, так как мои вещи оставались в этом номере. Вернулся с экскурсии выжатым словно лимон. Проспал как мëртвый всю ночь. Принял душ, попил кофейку на дорожку и в аэропорт. Идти до него пешком с рюкзаком за спиной не больше 10-15 минут лëгкой походкой. Номер скромный, но очень чистый. Если вы как и я - всë время в движении, то это Ваш выбор - вечером пришëл, помылся, поставил все гаджеты на зарядку, поспал и снова в путь. У меня была комната с номером 109, может в других и круче, но мой был такой как на фотографиях."

"Venianos de una malisima experiencia del hotel anterior. Y la verdad es que aquí estuvimos súper a gusto. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación con el agua caliente en la segunda noche. Al ver que la averia era seria y no tenia arreglo rapido. Y nos dieron la opción de ducharnos en otra ubicación donde disponíamos de tal servicio. La piscina está muy bien, y el personal es super amable e intentan ayudarte en todo lo que les pedimos. La ubicación está un poco alejada de la zona del puerto, que es donde está la vida de la ciudad. Pero a favor es que eso da mucha calma y tranquilidad. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda si coges una moto o transporte. Por cierto, nosotros teníamos moto que nos gestionaron ellos en 30min de nuestra llegada al hotel al mismo precio de lo que había luego por la ciudad."
