"I am happy that they gave me a room without stairs as I have a knee joint problem. Clean and hot water shower was strong. Only thing most hotels don't used spring bed which I ached over my body. Hopefully they can used a better material bed..near town centre and walk to the beach watch sunset and sunrise..good location.. lots of cafes and few restaurants.."

"we stayed here after our lombok to flores boat trip for one night. the room was so affordable, new and immaculately clean, bathroom and shower were great. ac was great and there is nice patio you can sit on in the front of the room. the staff were so kind and accommodating. helped us book a taxi to the airport for a good price. 100% recommend to stay here!"

"A comfortable stay for a night in Labuan Bajo. The room was clean, simple, and perfect for a short transit before our island activities. Location is excellent — close to the town center, cafés, and the seaside stretch. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. For the price, it’s definitely good value.
It’s also a convenient stopover before signing on to any liveaboard at LBJ Marina. We loved that it was walking distance to MimaMori LBJ for a healthy breakfast the next morning, and Kampung Ujung for dinner was still reachable on foot. There is also Cocamama Spa located at the rooftop of the same building, offering affordable treatments — definitely worth trying if you’re in LBJ. A fuss-free and strategic choice for travellers."

VVieraskäyttäjäThe sheets were clean but had small holes and definitely needed an upgrade. The bathroom was really dated and although it smelled clean it looked dirty. The shower had really low pressure. The ac unit was really loud. And if you’re a light sleeper be warned that chickens will wake you up at dawn.
The staff were friendly and they offered breakfast brought to your room, but I had to leave early so I did not get to eat here.
It was fine for one night, but some improvements are needed.

Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe property is beautifully decorated and the private balcony offers a fantastic view and spot to watch sunset. As the name hints the property is located on a hillside which means there are a lot of steps. However it’s worth it for the view! It also means that amenities like water are hard to deliver, and we had to wait for more water to be pumped up- not an issue just something to note. Overall the property has a lovely rustic charm, but I would advise brining water or wine/drinks to enjoy on the balcony (there is a fridge) as the restaurant doesn’t have anything other than beer and it’s a bit of a distance to the shop. The staff were really kind & helpful with all of my questions. I would stay again 😀
