"I spent a wonderful night at this hotel before a boat tour to the Komodo Islands. The hotel is new and clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. There's a beautiful pool and green grounds. The highlight is the view of the sunset and the ships from the balcony. The hotel agreed to store my luggage for two days free of charge while the tour was in progress. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, and it's quiet. The buffet breakfast is delicious."

"we stayed here after our lombok to flores boat trip for one night. the room was so affordable, new and immaculately clean, bathroom and shower were great. ac was great and there is nice patio you can sit on in the front of the room. the staff were so kind and accommodating. helped us book a taxi to the airport for a good price. 100% recommend to stay here!"

"Family plus friends trip, very chill and relaxing while Bajo gov is restricted the major attractions island hoping activities due to an accident happened in 26 Dec 2025. We spend most time at hotel for photos shooting and enjoy the nice sunset view and having a great NY eve party arranged by hotel crews. Fantastic"

"One of the few resorts in Labuan Bajo that actually comes with its own beach. It was built in 2013, so while it’s not brand new it is only a little over a decade old.  We stayed two rooms for two nights — the whole experience felt relaxing and family-friendly. The resort appears well-maintained: according to recent listing info, it underwent renovations in 2023, which helps keep facilities and overall condition in good shape.  The beach area right in front of the resort is great for morning walks, kayaking, and even snorkeling. Honest feedback: though it’s a beautiful sheltered bay with clear water in the morning, there was unfortunately a noticeable amount of plastic trash along the shoreline. The natural setting is lovely — but the trash did dampen that much-anticipated beachfront vibe. A super helpful tip for future guests: on our last day we kayaked from Sylvia Resort across to a nearby beach area (near the private/restricted beach of a neighbouring property), and the water there — calm and coral-rich — felt like a small marine nursery. We spent about 40–45 minutes snorkeling there: that side-trip was definitely worth it. Overall, staff were helpful, the atmosphere peaceful (far from the busy town center), and the resort offered easy access to the jetty — very convenient for island-hopping tours. "I am happy that they gave me a room without stairs as I have a knee joint problem. Clean and hot water shower was strong. Only thing most hotels don't used spring bed which I ached over my body. Hopefully they can used a better material bed..near town centre and walk to the beach watch sunset and sunrise..good location.. lots of cafes and few restaurants.."

"Zasgo Hotel is conveniently located along the main road in town. It is clean and offers comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool and a restaurant serving both breakfast and dinner. Below the hotel, there is Zasgo Mart where guests can buy food, drinks, and souvenirs. The building also houses several shops for convenient shopping. The breakfast menu is simple but sufficient. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service for a fee of 30,000 Rupiah per way. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful — always ready to recommend great places to visit."

"Venianos de una malisima experiencia del hotel anterior. Y la verdad es que aquí estuvimos súper a gusto. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación con el agua caliente en la segunda noche. Al ver que la averia era seria y no tenia arreglo rapido. Y nos dieron la opción de ducharnos en otra ubicación donde disponíamos de tal servicio. La piscina está muy bien, y el personal es super amable e intentan ayudarte en todo lo que les pedimos. La ubicación está un poco alejada de la zona del puerto, que es donde está la vida de la ciudad. Pero a favor es que eso da mucha calma y tranquilidad. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda si coges una moto o transporte. Por cierto, nosotros teníamos moto que nos gestionaron ellos en 30min de nuestra llegada al hotel al mismo precio de lo que había luego por la ciudad."
