"Great hotel nearby the center, very easy to go everywhere with gojek scooters or the shuttle. The service is good and the breakfast amazing. Some of the amenities would benefit from maintenance / renovation (lift broke down one time, AC was very soft, the pool was not cleaned systematically) Overall if you get a good price it’s definitely worth it! But not 4 stars quality IMO."

"we stayed here after our lombok to flores boat trip for one night. the room was so affordable, new and immaculately clean, bathroom and shower were great. ac was great and there is nice patio you can sit on in the front of the room. the staff were so kind and accommodating. helped us book a taxi to the airport for a good price. 100% recommend to stay here!"

"Zasgo Hotel is conveniently located along the main road in town. It is clean and offers comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool and a restaurant serving both breakfast and dinner. Below the hotel, there is Zasgo Mart where guests can buy food, drinks, and souvenirs. The building also houses several shops for convenient shopping. The breakfast menu is simple but sufficient. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service for a fee of 30,000 Rupiah per way. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful — always ready to recommend great places to visit."

"One of the few resorts in Labuan Bajo that actually comes with its own beach. It was built in 2013, so while it’s not brand new it is only a little over a decade old.  We stayed two rooms for two nights — the whole experience felt relaxing and family-friendly. The resort appears well-maintained: according to recent listing info, it underwent renovations in 2023, which helps keep facilities and overall condition in good shape.  The beach area right in front of the resort is great for morning walks, kayaking, and even snorkeling. Honest feedback: though it’s a beautiful sheltered bay with clear water in the morning, there was unfortunately a noticeable amount of plastic trash along the shoreline. The natural setting is lovely — but the trash did dampen that much-anticipated beachfront vibe. A super helpful tip for future guests: on our last day we kayaked from Sylvia Resort across to a nearby beach area (near the private/restricted beach of a neighbouring property), and the water there — calm and coral-rich — felt like a small marine nursery. We spent about 40–45 minutes snorkeling there: that side-trip was definitely worth it. Overall, staff were helpful, the atmosphere peaceful (far from the busy town center), and the resort offered easy access to the jetty — very convenient for island-hopping tours. "A clean and neat hotel at first glance! The people of this hotel right from the security, registration, food and beverages, amenities staff including those from gymnasium, swimming pool to room service and others are fantastic and well trained to provide hospitality to the fullest! My wife and I enjoyed their excellent services that include foods and beverages during breakfast, luncheon and dinner! AN excellent and new hotel to be recommended for couple or family tourists."

"Simple room yet the design was updated. Quite satisfied. I like the bed and the pillow the most. Sooooo comfortable and immersed during my sleep. The hotel near to the roadside and the staff also update us with the noisy from the bar. But it was not a big deal. Not so noisy and surprisingly we able to sleep well. Maybe because of the bed n pillow as I mentioned. Even it was a budget hotel but for me its up to the high quality of the premium hotel. It suits to those who wanted for a short stay or to save their budget. Plus point abt the accessible location. Near to Marina Harbour as well as nearby cafe,foods or drinks."

"I recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the window overlooking the beach or harbour is blocked by other building. However, you can patronise the rooftop bar to have unblocked view to the beach or harbour. It’s particularly good to view the sunset. The in-room amenities were adequate, but I found it is lack of toiletries such as toothbrush, comb, shaver. Overall, while the location and room size were positive aspects, there were some areas where the hotel could improve."

"Malaysian here 👋🏻 hotel ni best sangat2, cantik, tenang, customer service on top 👍🏻 staff very helpful & friendly. Tak puas duduk sini. Nanti kalau ada rezeki datang labuan bajo lagi, memang akan repeat stay sini. Cuma kekurangan dia, jauh sikit dari bandar so susah nak cari makan. Kalau sewa motor pastu nak keluar makan malam, macam seram sikit la sbb jalan mmg gelap. Takde lampu jalan. Kitorang datang masa musim hujan jadi habis basah kuyup naik motor 🤣Hotel ni ada je restaurant sendiri, cuma makanan macam biasa2 je tak sedap sangat. Tu je la kena improve kot. "Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and offered a stunning sea view. The view was truly spectacular and breathtaking, especially during sunset—when the sky transforms from orange to red and then purple. We really enjoyed every moment. Breakfast was delicious—probably the best in Komodo. I particularly liked their serving concept: instead of a traditional buffet, it’s an à la carte menu combined with a small buffet. You simply choose from the menu and the dishes are cooked on demand, which makes the food noticeably fresher and tastier than standard buffet options. There are also many complimentary activities such as snorkeling and yoga, making the hotel perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely come back again."
