"Zasgo Hotel is conveniently located along the main road in town. It is clean and offers comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool and a restaurant serving both breakfast and dinner.
Below the hotel, there is Zasgo Mart where guests can buy food, drinks, and souvenirs. The building also houses several shops for convenient shopping.
The breakfast menu is simple but sufficient. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service for a fee of 30,000 Rupiah per way.

"The hotel was quite good and thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for us, even though it is located very near the mosque. The location is super strategic, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the weather at the end of December was not great, so we were unable to enjoy the beautiful sunset.
The service was good, and the staff were able to resolve our requests within an acceptable timeframe. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which we really enjoyed.
The complimentary 15-minute leg spa was a lovely touch and made me feel very comfortable after a long day trip."

"One of the few resorts in Labuan Bajo that actually comes with its own beach. It was built in 2013, so while it’s not brand new it is only a little over a decade old.  We stayed two rooms for two nights — the whole experience felt relaxing and family-friendly. The resort appears well-maintained: according to recent listing info, it underwent renovations in 2023, which helps keep facilities and overall condition in good shape. 
The beach area right in front of the resort is great for morning walks, kayaking, and even snorkeling. Honest feedback: though it’s a beautiful sheltered bay with clear water in the morning, there was unfortunately a noticeable amount of plastic trash along the shoreline. The natural setting is lovely — but the trash did dampen that much-anticipated beachfront vibe.
A super helpful tip for future guests: on our last day we kayaked from Sylvia Resort across to a nearby beach area (near the private/restricted beach of a neighbouring property), and the water there — calm and coral-rich — felt like a small marine nursery. We spent about 40–45 minutes snorkeling there: that side-trip was definitely worth it.
Overall, staff were helpful, the atmosphere peaceful (far from the busy town center), and the resort offered easy access to the jetty — very convenient for island-hopping tours. It remains a solid choice for families or travellers wanting comfort, beach access, and a laid-back seaside atmosphere. did the Slyvia hill hike in the morning b mmng"

"Simple room yet the design was updated. Quite satisfied. I like the bed and the pillow the most. Sooooo comfortable and immersed during my sleep. The hotel near to the roadside and the staff also update us with the noisy from the bar. But it was not a big deal. Not so noisy and surprisingly we able to sleep well. Maybe because of the bed n pillow as I mentioned. Even it was a budget hotel but for me its up to the high quality of the premium hotel. It suits to those who wanted for a short stay or to save their budget. Plus point abt the accessible location. Near to Marina Harbour as well as nearby cafe,foods or drinks."

"Booked the twin room to stay with my friend for one night - room was very spacious and clean. Loved the aesthetic inside the room (sorry didn’t take any pictures…) Toilet had a foul smell though, but I guess that’s the only cons in our only-one-night stay. Reception and the staff at the rooftop restaurant were all very friendly! Food was 💯 - ordered a vegetarian nasi goreng (fried rice) and it was really good! Didn’t use other facilities within Seaesta. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to Labuan Bajo!"

"A comfortable stay for a night in Labuan Bajo. The room was clean, simple, and perfect for a short transit before our island activities. Location is excellent — close to the town center, cafés, and the seaside stretch. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. For the price, it’s definitely good value.
It’s also a convenient stopover before signing on to any liveaboard at LBJ Marina. We loved that it was walking distance to MimaMori LBJ for a healthy breakfast the next morning, and Kampung Ujung for dinner was still reachable on foot. There is also Cocamama Spa located at the rooftop of the same building, offering affordable treatments — definitely worth trying if you’re in LBJ. A fuss-free and strategic choice for travellers."

The view was truly spectacular and breathtaking, especially during sunset—when the sky transforms from orange to red and then purple. We really enjoyed every moment.
Breakfast was delicious—probably the best in Komodo. I particularly liked their serving concept: instead of a traditional buffet, it’s an à la carte menu combined with a small buffet. You simply choose from the menu and the dishes are cooked on demand, which makes the food noticeably fresher and tastier than standard buffet options.
There are also many complimentary activities such as snorkeling and yoga, making the hotel perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely come back again.

VVita Loncar, CroatiaWe stayed in Sudamala resort 6 days, and we spent a wonderful time. What was the best part of the trip? All! The stuff is incredible, supportive and helpful. As we are people who are passionate about the local culture, we asked them to find the place to visit and experience the local dance. They organized everything for us. I had a bad experience with jellyfish and decided to go to the hospital. They took me there and organized the car to brought me back. The food is like in the best restaurant, the room (beachfront) is big and clean, the pool is beautiful and I really enjoyed spending time together with my husband. I went to give a special thanks to Hubert who helped us a lot. Oh, I forgot, the hotel management organized a small cocktail party for some guests and exchanged our experience with the. With a glass of very good champagne. So, to make the long story short, Sudamala is the hotel with the soul and we will always remember our time there. Thanks!

Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.
The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip.
Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special.

Kalau sewa motor pastu nak keluar makan malam, macam seram sikit la sbb jalan mmg gelap. Takde lampu jalan. Kitorang datang masa musim hujan jadi habis basah kuyup naik motor 🤣Hotel ni ada je restaurant sendiri, cuma makanan macam biasa2 je tak sedap sangat. Tu je la kena improve kot. VVieraskäyttäjäWhat a fabulous resort ! The management is amazing, and so is the staff. Everyone is so kind and has a the best service attitude. Our service was personalised, e.g. the resort went out of their way to look for migraine medicine for my husband from the mainland when he.run out of it. We had to stay 3 extra days as we were unwell, despite a super busy season the resort found a way to accommodate us. The snorkeling off the pier is better than you could ever expect. Totally clear water, actually, you can watch sharks, sting rays and multi coloured fish pass by even without getting into the water ! The breakfast included is yummy, and there are plenty of dinner options. I would highly recommend this resort for relaxation - to anyone considering to travel to Flores/Komodo - a few nights here is a must ! Very good for families too. Thank you for the team of taking such good care of us.

Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.

JJulia_OtterandAlpineA really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!

VVieraskäyttäjäI recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the window overlooking the beach or harbour is blocked by other building. However, you can patronise the rooftop bar to have unblocked view to the beach or harbour. It’s particularly good to view the sunset.
The in-room amenities were adequate, but I found it is lack of toiletries such as toothbrush, comb, shaver. Overall, while the location and room size were positive aspects, there were some areas where the hotel could improve.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!
