讓人相當無語的慕尼黑瑰麗，在攜程訂了2間2天，9.3-9.5日房間，訂單上明確包括早歺。入住時前台是一位皮膚偏黑像印度裔姑娘，告訴我不含早歺，我出示了攜程訂單，於是她打電話詢問，要我把攜程確認單郵件發給她，一番操作後，告訴我可以了。整個過程耗時較長。5號退房時還是這位姑娘，向我出示了圖1的早餐費用單，共558歐。我説訂單是含早歺的，於是她説9月5日的早餐費搞錯了，不收。但是4號的早歺明細單的打印時間是11：01分，算lunch,要收費332歐。我們指出早上我們點單時間是9：40分。就算早歺到11點結束，以此為理由收我lunch費用，不符合大部分酒店的規範。堅持請她與歺廳經理勾通，她説歺廳經理過來要20分鐘，我們堅持等。這時這姑娘旁邊的一位德國姑娘，也是前台，對她説：你把這個單子取消了吧。德國姑娘説德語，我朋友德國生活了30年，聽得懂。然後就把單子給取消了。整個事件非常的不符合正常邏輯，這樣的奢華酒店，如此服務，太讓人失望了！！

萬豪旗下的奢酒，開業3個多月，位於慕尼黑老城與中央火車站之間，地理位置對出行來説絕對便利，不管打車還是公共交通，甚至周邊的中餐館也是相當豐富，正餐快餐隨意切換。 基礎房空間不大，但是夠用。服務上，從一踏進酒店大門便開始感受到被温暖（噴子會説，money is the god，當然了，這世界上錢能解決大部分問題，譬如服務）。早餐種類足夠豐富，有點餐也有自助品類，裏面的味增湯吃了3天，為了滿足中國味，不過真的很鹹，不過菜單每天相同毫無變化是缺點。👍推薦

Location of the hotel is not strategic. Never take tram to the hotel if you are coming with luggages. There is a long flight of stairs at the tram station and climbing up with luggages is insane. It’s better to take buses that stop nearby the hotel. It’s looks more like a 3 stars hotel instead of 4 stars. The route to my assigned room is like a maze. Room amenities is by request and need to ask at front desk. Overall the room is clean and staff are polite. Cozy stays.

We booked this hotel to be on the U6 line so we could be in between Munich city centre (Marienplatz) and Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning). This was perfect although it is a good 10 minute walk with suitcases. The room was clean, comfortable and compact. The breakfast had a small variety of options especially the hot section compared to other Marriott hotels.

A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It has a wonderful indoor pool with murals on the walls. Friendly, welcoming staff. Near the metro station to get into central Munich easily.

This hotel is perfect for those with heavy luggages as it’s so near to the train station. We were happy to cross a small road and immediately saw the hotel. Surroundings felt safe and we could easily walk to Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt etc. Room is spacious, clean and nice. We had a queen bed and single bed. Big bathroom with auto shower control panel on the wall, love the strong water pressure with consistent warm temperature (no need to adjust). It’s an enjoyable 5 days stay for us. Highly recommended!

Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.
