讓人相當無語的慕尼黑瑰麗，在攜程訂了2間2天，9.3-9.5日房間，訂單上明確包括早歺。入住時前台是一位皮膚偏黑像印度裔姑娘，告訴我不含早歺，我出示了攜程訂單，於是她打電話詢問，要我把攜程確認單郵件發給她，一番操作後，告訴我可以了。整個過程耗時較長。5號退房時還是這位姑娘，向我出示了圖1的早餐費用單，共558歐。我説訂單是含早歺的，於是她説9月5日的早餐費搞錯了，不收。但是4號的早歺明細單的打印時間是11：01分，算lunch,要收費332歐。我們指出早上我們點單時間是9：40分。就算早歺到11點結束，以此為理由收我lunch費用，不符合大部分酒店的規範。堅持請她與歺廳經理勾通，她説歺廳經理過來要20分鐘，我們堅持等。這時這姑娘旁邊的一位德國姑娘，也是前台，對她説：你把這個單子取消了吧。德國姑娘説德語，我朋友德國生活了30年，聽得懂。然後就把單子給取消了。整個事件非常的不符合正常邏輯，這樣的奢華酒店，如此服務，太讓人失望了！！

萬豪旗下的奢酒，開業3個多月，位於慕尼黑老城與中央火車站之間，地理位置對出行來説絕對便利，不管打車還是公共交通，甚至周邊的中餐館也是相當豐富，正餐快餐隨意切換。 基礎房空間不大，但是夠用。服務上，從一踏進酒店大門便開始感受到被温暖（噴子會説，money is the god，當然了，這世界上錢能解決大部分問題，譬如服務）。早餐種類足夠豐富，有點餐也有自助品類，裏面的味增湯吃了3天，為了滿足中國味，不過真的很鹹，不過菜單每天相同毫無變化是缺點。👍推薦

酒店的各方面都非常好，工作人員熱情專業，房間乾淨床鋪舒服，狗狗也有自己床和餐具，非常推薦！

The location is good and the breakfast is rich in variety, but the hotel could pay attention to the standard of cleanliness of the rooms.

I booked this two room apartment for my family. When I checked in, I was told that it was NOT two bedrooms, but with one bedroom and a double sofia bed in the living room. Large enough to host four people. Nice to have washer machine in room and shared dryers in the basement. The shower space was open to the toilet room so water spills always. Could have a sliding door or curtain to separate. Location is close to tram station Karlsplatz, one stop from the central railway station. Staffs are nice and helpful.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

Good apartment

Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.
