I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, I’m very disappointed. Let’s start with the positives: the location is excellent. Right opposite the train and metro station, Lidl & Rewe supermarkets nearby, and just a straight 15‑minute walk into the old town. Super convenient. But unfortunately, that’s about it. Service was really flat — communication with reception was very standard, nothing warm or welcoming. The room itself was on the small side (clean, yes, but definitely not spacious). The real disappointment: water policy. The hotel only provides ONE small bottle of water per day per room. That’s for two people. On my first day, I asked reception for an extra bottle — they told me to go to the bar. Fine, I got one there. On the second day, since we skipped housekeeping, there was no water refill, so at night I went to the bar again to ask for another bottle. This time the staff told me I had to pay. I was completely shocked. A 4‑star hotel charging €200 per night… and they won’t even provide guests with a simple bottle of still water? I’ve stayed in so many hotels across Europe and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Even more absurd, the hotel leaves free apples at reception and offers unlimited water at breakfast — but refuses to give guests a bottle of water to take to the room? Ridiculous. This policy really ruined what could have been a good stay. For a “collection” hotel brand, I expected much more in terms of service and hospitality. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right next to the Munich Central station. There is a supermarket store nearby within 1 min walking. The Neni Chicken restaurant provides delicious food at night, and the vibe is excellent. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay!

Building is located around 400m from Siemenswerke station but the walk is not sheltered so need to take note of rain/snow. Room is spacious and comes with washing machine and cooking wares. Toilet does not have sufficient wet and dry separation so unable to on the showerhead fully without water flowing out to the dry area. I went during the holiday season so the service staff was unable to respond to my query on one of the days of the holiday period. Room price is considered reasonable to me given that I booked during the holiday season and it comes with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

It takes 5min from the train station to the hotel. And there are shops nearby. It’s really convenient to go there. The overall service is quite good

Yövyin täällä 8 vuotta sitten, ja hotelli on remontoitu. Hotelli on suhteellisen vanha, mutta se on lähellä U6- ja S20-moottoriteitä, ja liikenneyhteydet ovat erittäin kätevät. Lähistöllä on DM ja Edek, mikä on erittäin kätevää. Hotellin aamiainen on kuitenkin keskinkertainen, vain leipää, lihaviipaleita, makkaraa ja munia. Se ei ole periaatteessa muuttunut 14 päivän oleskelun jälkeen.

Tour guide was not only knowledgeable but felt like a local even though he’s Irish but has been touring for fourteen years. The grasp and depth of his experience is deep and relatable. He also appears to genuinely enjoy and like what he does. Yes the reason I highly recommend Radiant Tours through TripAdvisor. The Dachau trip is not for the faint of heart but a must for history buffs, as well as local tour of downtown Munich with its rich history of the Great War and WWII.

Near Subway exit D or E, good location. Cafes, Turkish and Asian food right below and around the hotel. No toothbrush, comb, slippers. The shower gels are all in one bottle. So not for the fussy. But bathroom is spacious and toilet is a separate unit.

Room’s clean and well equipped.Decent location with access to shopping centre and public transport, nice smart online portal system which enables easy self service without having a reception.

Nice infrastructure and location, just a 2 min walk away from a metro station that brings you directly into the center. Service of staff is improvable (mistake in check in, and delivered item could not found first). Cleaning the room has to be ordered at the reception, otherwise nobody cleans the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel in that price range !
