"The place was conveniently located right next to Neuperlach Süd station (S-Bahn and U-Bahn, Exit G). Although it seems a little outside the city center, traveling in and out is still very easy. The self check-in process was straightforward, though it would be even smoother if the system allowed text input or search. The building itself is well thought out. There is an Italian restaurant right downstairs, as well as a supermarket and a Rossmann beauty store, which makes everyday needs simple to take care of. If you want dinner or late-night options beyond that, you’ll need to walk a bit further, so it’s a good idea to check restaurant opening hours in advance. Our room was excellent: the bed was comfortable, the duvet warm, and even the sofa bed worked surprisingly well as an extra bed. The kitchen area was well equipped and the bathroom amenities were complete. A special mention goes to the design of the building, it is not only beautiful, but also environmentally friendly and highly accessible for people who need extra assistance, including those with disabilities and elderly guests. The thoughtful accessibility features in the place itself were especially impressive."

"Spot on, the flat had everything you need, and nice touches like 2 cold beers in the fridge! Clean and surprisingly quiet, despite being on a main road. The only issue was the glass bathroom walls, really not ideal for your privacy. If I happen to travel to Munich again on my own, this will be my first choice, but if I'm back with my partner I'll chose for a place with a bathroom allowing privacy."

"A warm and cosy hotel which is located near the Munich central station. The staff(Daniel and a young lady) were helpful and nice. I love particularly the common room which is a relaxing area for a morning coffee. My room is spacious and also comes with a small but well furnished kitchen. I would recommend this hotel to all those who are planning to visit Munich."

"Das Doppelzimmer war gut ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank. Das Bad hatte eine gute Größe mit viel Abstellfläche. Die Sauna und Fitnessraum waren toll. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, sowohl an herzhaften oder süßen Dingen, es hat am nichts gefehlt. Natürlich ist das Hotel im 80-90 iger Style etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, jedoch für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend. Das einzige Manko war der Preis für den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit 24 Euro pro Tag...."

"We loved our stay here at Miano! My husband and I were given the last room at the corner which was the largest room. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was also well designed and showering there felt like a spa. Although the hotel provided limited breakfast (5.50€ for 1 pastry such as croissant or pretzel and a beverage of choice), we felt that it was reasonably priced and there were other external breakfast options that were provided too. The hotel is also located very close to the main train station, just about a 5min walk. There were also 2 large supermarkets next to the hotel. The only feedback we had was the cleanliness. Upon check in, we found some hair in the shower that was left by previous person and not washed away. That’s ok, we were not bothered. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Miano and We will definitely stay here again!"

"I booked this two room apartment for my family. When I checked in, I was told that it was NOT two bedrooms, but with one bedroom and a double sofia bed in the living room. Large enough to host four people. Nice to have washer machine in room and shared dryers in the basement. The shower space was open to the toilet room so water spills always. Could have a sliding door or curtain to separate. Location is close to tram station Karlsplatz, one stop from the central railway station. Staffs are nice and helpful."
