The hotel's location is pretty good. It's closed by most tourist spots in Munich. The staff is quite nice & helpful. The spa and gym is quite nice, and breakfast is good too. However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. That's a minus. Overall, the hotel is quite good.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We stayed this time with a group of ＞30 people. All arrangements have been taken care well; including meeting room. We plan to come back again next year. Thank you! 👍👍👍 Mohammed, Sebastian, Lena … Vielen Dank! 😊

I seldom give bad reviews to the service staff because no matter in which country the service staff is hard and will face a lot of unfriendly guests. But this time in Westin made me feel very bad. Total three days of breakfast, first day because I went with my dad and I could see well with my baby. The second day dad was too tired to join us. I was the only one to babysit a one year old baby. While I was ordering tea with the waitress, she accidentally knocked over the milk and spilled it all over the table. But the first thing I did was apologize to a lady server and assisted her in cleaning it up. Of course it was not clean as new. When we went back on the third day, an older male waiter came over to chastise us before we even sat down, presumably meaning that he had soiled the dining chairs yesterday and told us to sit in the baby chairs. I stated that there was no problem and apologized again. Surprisingly he shrugged it off and left without bringing me the baby chair and without serving me tea. You can imagine how embarrassed I was. The person who came to enjoy the service was scolded. That wasn't enough. This time I was with my dad and the baby wasn't creating extra trash and I could make sure the table was clean. The way normal polite people would bring it. The man ended up coming back to chant as we were leaving and kept saying we created trash.????? You didn't have a single crumb from your meal? If you don't want to serve customers, you have the option of changing jobs. Several other lady waiters were very friendly. What was a very good impression of the hotel was ruined by this one person. We will be going to Munich often but are not going to choose this hotel again. No one wants to be stared at by a mean person while eating breakfast.

I am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing. My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation. This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing

I stayed here with my friend for two nights. Despite ongoing construction, the hotel kindly honored my request for a room far from the noise. Athelstan warmly welcomed us on arrival, which we really appreciated. The breakfast staff the next morning was also very kind and attentive, even though breakfast wasn’t included, his friendliness encouraged us to dine there. I canMt remember his name (maybe abdul) but he is thin anda shorter gentleman. Overall, the staff’s hospitality made our stay pleasant and the hotel is really clean.

The location is good and the breakfast is rich in variety, but the hotel could pay attention to the standard of cleanliness of the rooms.

The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We left used coffee glasses in the room and they were not replaced or washed. We also noticed a hole in the blanket and some yellow stains. We asked for a toothbrush, but were told there was no stock, which was a bit surprising for a Pullman. On the positive side, they provide a washing machine that guests can use, you just need to buy the coin from the receptionist.

Overall, I was very happy with the staff, cleanliness, location, and condition of the rooms. The only area I’d mention as having room for improvement is the Wi-Fi. The connection in our room on the 3rd floor was quite unreliable for a business trip. I was attending an exposition and needed to upload and post a significant amount of video content to social media, and the low Wi-Fi performance made this difficult. Additionally, it would be appreciated if drinking water could be provided in the room daily (ideally in glass bottles, if possible). Thank you for your kind attention.

Public transport is literally 2mins walking distance. So convenient. And you dont need to headache about the luggage since this is so close to station. Room was clean, they changed room for us immediately when we found out our the water hose in bathroom has spoilt. Service was good.
