I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, I’m very disappointed. Let’s start with the positives: the location is excellent. Right opposite the train and metro station, Lidl & Rewe supermarkets nearby, and just a straight 15‑minute walk into the old town. Super convenient. But unfortunately, that’s about it. Service was really flat — communication with reception was very standard, nothing warm or welcoming. The room itself was on the small side (clean, yes, but definitely not spacious). The real disappointment: water policy. The hotel only provides ONE small bottle of water per day per room. That’s for two people. On my first day, I asked reception for an extra bottle — they told me to go to the bar. Fine, I got one there. On the second day, since we skipped housekeeping, there was no water refill, so at night I went to the bar again to ask for another bottle. This time the staff told me I had to pay. I was completely shocked. A 4‑star hotel charging €200 per night… and they won’t even provide guests with a simple bottle of still water? I’ve stayed in so many hotels across Europe and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Even more absurd, the hotel leaves free apples at reception and offers unlimited water at breakfast — but refuses to give guests a bottle of water to take to the room? Ridiculous. This policy really ruined what could have been a good stay. For a “collection” hotel brand, I expected much more in terms of service and hospitality. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean. Staff extremely pleasant especially Fiona. Breakfast is excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Building is located around 400m from Siemenswerke station but the walk is not sheltered so need to take note of rain/snow. Room is spacious and comes with washing machine and cooking wares. Toilet does not have sufficient wet and dry separation so unable to on the showerhead fully without water flowing out to the dry area. I went during the holiday season so the service staff was unable to respond to my query on one of the days of the holiday period. Room price is considered reasonable to me given that I booked during the holiday season and it comes with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Yövyin täällä 8 vuotta sitten, ja hotelli on remontoitu. Hotelli on suhteellisen vanha, mutta se on lähellä U6- ja S20-moottoriteitä, ja liikenneyhteydet ovat erittäin kätevät. Lähistöllä on DM ja Edek, mikä on erittäin kätevää. Hotellin aamiainen on kuitenkin keskinkertainen, vain leipää, lihaviipaleita, makkaraa ja munia. Se ei ole periaatteessa muuttunut 14 päivän oleskelun jälkeen.

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring. Hotel muito agradável e bem localizado. Tendo em conta o preço, superou as nossas expectativas tendo em conta o pequeno almoço incluído, com muita variedade e opções de escolha, como também estar perto do old town (cerca de 5 minutos a pé) Recomendo bastante, fomos bem recebidos

I had an excellent stay at the MK Hotel Munich. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the overall atmosphere was clean and pleasant, making it a perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
