He masterfully explained our extensive 6-night package—daily skiing, hot springs, water park access, and shuttle service—making it all instantly clear. The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions: 1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding. 2. "I forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️"

"The hotel location is convenient for everything. Our room had a nice view and the conceige provides helpful information and especially for the first timer at Changbaishan. The extra penny spent would be the coach for skiing and food. Will be back soon. The people here is very helpful."

"Very friendly and helpful staff! Although their English was limited, they were extremely supportive in helping us book activities and explore the area. There were very few guests during our stay, which made the experience feel very personalized and unique. The room was beautiful, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The fishing activity at the hotel’s pond was unfortunately out of season, but the staff kindly arranged and paid for us to fish at a nearby lake instead, free of charge. It was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The location is slightly on the outskirts, so taxis are needed to reach most attractions and the walking street. Unfortunately, we arrived at the end of February when the winter season was ending, so some of the area’s natural beauty was fading and a few activities were no longer available. If you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay, this hotel is an excellent choice."

"We had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help. Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold. Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope."

"今年是第二次入住長白山Clubmed，又是一次超級愉快的體驗！很慶幸今年把長白山Clubmed作為2025雪季的開板地。六天五晚的行程，最大的感受是整個GO.團隊，都在變着法的讓你吃好，喝好，玩好。 去年來，給我們辦理入住的是剛剛開始工作的GO.Cathy從她有些社恐的狀態裏，還是能夠感受到她滿滿的熱情。很巧的是，今年入住正好又是Cathy，時隔一年，能夠感受到她的成長，除了依舊熱情滿滿，更多了一份從容。每次見到她都笑容滿滿，主動又耐心，讓人一進門就感覺特別温暖，像回到家一樣。這次因為是和朋友一起來，Cathy還貼心的為我們準備了同樓層相鄰的兩間房。 我們是到的第二天開始滑雪，提前一天租好了雪具，酒店有專屬的滑雪大廳，有和房間號對應的儲物櫃，並且可以滑進滑出，這點非常友好。在四天的學習裏，也成功的升到升到了2級，謝謝我的滑雪教練們。在這裏特別特別想感謝滑雪學校校長Ann 滑雪的第二天下午，由於太興奮，把手機掉雪場了，從發現手機掉了，到Ann幫忙找回，僅僅花了不到半小時時間，謝謝她第一時間幫忙聯繫尋找，真的特別感謝她❤️ 入住的五天裏，最讓我們驚喜的就是酒店的餐飲團隊，原本抱着吃兩三天，吃膩了，就下山去別的餐廳吃，但沒想到整整五天！幾個大類的主菜，每天都不一樣！！！！五天吃到了所有有代表的東北菜，真的是太有心了。最大的感慨就是，離開了CM可能沒有人能再關心我吃的好不好了。還有一個驚喜的點是，酒店的巧克力系列甜品，用的裝飾巧克力竟然是商用巧克力品牌裏的愛馬仕-法芙娜品牌！！！ 最後很想感謝運動娛樂部的GO.團隊，每天都變着花樣帶大家玩，活動安排得又熱鬧又有趣，晚上根本捨不得早睡！ 明年雪季我們很大概率會繼續選擇長白山Clubmed，到時候再見呀～ 🏂❄️ 謝謝Cathy,謝謝Ann,謝謝酒店經理Sky,謝謝村長Janly 也謝謝我的三位沒記住名字的滑雪教練，以及所有的GO們，是你們讓“賓至如歸”四個字得到了具像化，謝謝你們，明年見啦。"
