"Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. "What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back."

"We had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help. Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold. Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope."

"在入住兩天前，管家小魏就提前聯繫我了，其實住過很多酒店，接觸過很多酒店管家，但小魏是真的讓我感受到了24小時的高標準管家服務，特別貼心，能盡情吐槽能分享，詢問後給的建議都特別妥帖。 每天都及時分享長白山景區的開放情況。 下了飛機有接駁大巴，大概40分鐘左右到酒店，大巴開得非常穩。 在酒店大堂就能直擊長白山，酒店房間也是一直能看見長白山，還看到了粉色的日照金山。太幸福了！ 夜裡看到了冰稜子，還看到了漫天的星星，很很很被感動。 酒店有一個在一樓的室外泡池，不方便之處在於必須出去才能到泡池，不能直接從一樓室內步出，是一個專門的地方。泡池水温39.6度，個人需要更燙的温度哈哈哈，這個適合全年齡段。 但是泡出來非常冷，去的時候人少，裏面的桑拿沒有開，簡單的洗了澡。房間裏面非常暖和，大年三十也開到了晚上十點。 泡池的景色非常美，一定要去拍個照片。 酒店早餐在二樓，也能看到長白山，可以邊看早上的山邊吃。第一天麪條提前做好了，不願意現場最新的，感覺餛飩麪條都坨了；第二天是按照需要現場做的，放了好多蔬菜，辣椒油搭配好吃，雞湯的！ 早餐總體不錯的。 房間很大（對比瑞士出來的，更喜歡美憬閣），酒店在山上一點的位置，接駁車方便，10分鐘一班，第一站上車，5-10分鐘直達雪場。 雪場適合入門，太喜歡了，學不夠！孩子三小時從零基礎到順利平行式，太開心了，我是兩天學會了半犁式。 酒店附近有小時候人蔘雞，連刷兩次，太好吃了，天麻人蔘。很推薦！！！直接來車接車送。可以讓管家幫忙預約和聯繫。離開了還麻煩管家幫我預訂了餐。 入住時贈送了蜂蜜瓶，好有創意，直接自己加水，孩子特別喜歡！ 不足之處：花了鉅款1398r提前預訂了年夜飯，真的很很很很難吃，孩子沒怎麼吃，就主要吃了點水餃和水果……還不如給準備個高價火鍋…（最主要來之前銷售説出了酒店沒地方再吃年夜飯，來之後瞭解到其實有少數店家開門的，感覺也被愚弄了，不好吃就更不開心了）。但年夜飯的服務人員態度都特別好，銷售瞭解到之後也幫我溝通了，還是感謝的（純粹不好吃，不針對任何服務人員） 房間有大浴缸，竟然還準備了精油球，很貼心！ 總體離開之後念念不忘，感覺不該換酒店的，每天滑雪完很累了，收拾行李更累了…非常推薦入住！！！再次感謝管家小魏23點多還回我消息幫我解決要求，特別感動！"
