"Отличный отель,вежливый персонал и чудесное местоположение"

"Stayed here for two nights, but wish I could stay longer! The location is excellent, in an alley just a stone's throw away from all the action in Taksim. There's affordable food options nearby, nice bars, desserts stores, and it isn't too noisy on the second floor where we stayed. The room itself was very clean on arrival. We were upgraded for free to a family suite, I think because it was a last minute booking and they did not have a room available. The family suite can comfortably fit 4 people, with a big comfortable bed and pullout couches that connect (but we didn't use those, so cant review). In the basement you'll find a Turkish bath company (which appears to have a partnership with AKKA but is not necessarily related) and we had a pleasant experience getting cleaned up there after a long day of walking around. Felt very convenient! Service wise, reception is very friendly and helpful. Arranged taxi to airport for us, available 24/7. Only issues I noticed were that our room seemed to have a few mosquitos - not sure how they got in. There was a latent humidity in the air, though (but we didnt open the windows so maybe this issue would have been relieved if we did). Room service could be improved - they came to clean the room the first morning even though we left at around 12pm, but it seems they forgot to refill our water bottles and coffee sachets. All in all these are small issues though! For such a clean, premium feeling, and conveniently located hotel, I'd happily pay the price I did for many more nights."

"The hotel is in the Karaköy district, which is perfect for exploring Istanbul. It’s walkable to the T1 tram station, Galata Tower, and the art museum so location is definitely a highlight. The area also feels pretty safe, even for female travelers, which is a big plus. Our room was clean and had a spacious bathroom, which was nice. However, we were placed on the first floor, and the view was underwhelming. The staff greeted us and said hello, but I didn’t feel very welcomed for a 5-star service. They could have been more helpful with directions and local tips, especially since we were female travelers. Overall, service felt a bit distant. maybe I expected more from a 5-star property. (Just my personal opinion ) Pros: - Excellent location - Safe area for female travelers - Clean room and big bathroom Cons: - First floor view was disappointing - Staff could be friendlier and more helpful"

"Everything about this hotel is insanely amazing. The location is perfect, reasonable price, thoughtful staff and boss…etc I’ve been staying here for 2 weeks. Tbh nothing to complain about. I’m definitely coming back next time when I visit Istanbul again ❤️❤️"

"I was happy with our stay at this hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Sinan and the brother who helped us with our luggage. I can't remember his name. They were always smiling. The location is excellent. There is a ferry station on a nearby street that takes you to Emono and the Asian side. The only negative thing is the noise of the nightclub at night. We only heard it one night."

"I recently stayed at AKKA Hotels Lush Taksim in Istanbul and had a generally positive experience. The location is outstanding—just steps away from Taksim Square and lively Istiklal Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring, dining, and shopping . The staff were among the standout features—friendly, attentive, and eager to help. One reviewer even mentioned feeling as though they were staying with relatives thanks to the warm hospitality . Many guests also praised the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast buffet . However, there were some minor drawbacks. A few guests experienced noise at night from nearby streets and bars—especially in rooms facing busy areas—so requesting a quiet room in advance could help . Additionally, not all stays were flawless—one guest noted temporary issues with reception friendliness and room setup, although others praised the opposite"

"I stayed here because I had a layover flight en route to London from Hong. The room is clean, very basic but not comfortable. There was complimentary local snacks and bottled water provided in the room. The decor was average, you can tell someone has attempted to put some thought into the decor, it's not to my taste. The chain lock was broken on the door, so I had to put a chair by the door, there was a broken door on the sink unit. I ordered pizza and it wasn't edible - it looked like it was a frozen pizza that had been reheated at least two times. I'm all for recycling/re-using but honestly I was the third customer to use the key card holder - the crude crossing out of the previous use was a bit crass. I know you get what you pay for and I didn't pay a lot for this room, but honestly they could do better. I would only recommend staying if you're desperate. I wouldn't choose this hotel again, I would probably spend a bit more to experience more comfort, security and hospitality."
