"What we enjoy the most was the hotel’s buffet! The breakfast buffet is so good and very practical for all guests. We even tried their lunch & dinner buffet as the food is so good and very Filipino taste’s friendly. Rooms can be better and be improved. In one of our rooms, the aircon was low in cold, as if it wasn’t maximized in buttons at all, but it was, literally. There were hundreds of staff everywhere that are all ready to assist you, they were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the beach-front pool and the fire dance! 🥰 It was our third time in Boracay, but first with La Carmela, and I can say that this stay was really worth it! 💙"

"This hotel was wonderful! The location is excellent, food is great, staff very polite. It has a private area at the beach which is a big plus. Rooms are cozy and the bed is very comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops in the area, but they close around 10 or 11 pm so it’s perfect for relaxing and sleeping well. Small suggestions: in the “quiet areas” (the pool side) you could reinforce the rule of actually being quiet. People and kids screaming and randomly blasting music over the speakers is not the best environment for a nice and relaxing massage or a nap. The same goes for the beach beds, obviously there aren’t enough of them (as it’s a government rule, which is fine of course), however, almost every day of our stay one whole area was used for different events, so the staff would take the sun beds away around 4, when it’s the nicest weather and sunshine for chilling at the beach. Additionally, the furniture in the rooms is really heavy and it makes insane noise when moved; it would be a great improvement putting something on the furniture legs to soften the sound. These are just some small suggestions so that the place can be perfect! But I really enjoyed my stay and I would go back to this hotel!"

The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. "Had our team building and booked 4 rooms for the group. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and they delivered! Love the welcome drinks - something like lemon grass and ginger? not sure :D Rooms are very spacious and spot clean. On-going maintenance of their spa which led us to do room-in massage. Points for improvement: Suggest to improve front desk communication as we had some concerns with the arranged activities. i.e., massage are not room charged - we were asked to pay after the massage which shocked the group as it was NOT mentioned to us when we arranged the massage session. Good thing someone still have cash with them. e-trike was not booked as requested (morning) so we had our tour in the afternoon; good thing we had a very flexible itinerary so it didn't affect any other plans. Overall great stay! Will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip. Even recommended this to friends. 😉"
