"We had a wonderful experience at Belmont Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team! Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again."

"Had our team building and booked 4 rooms for the group. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and they delivered! Love the welcome drinks - something like lemon grass and ginger? not sure :D Rooms are very spacious and spot clean. On-going maintenance of their spa which led us to do room-in massage. Points for improvement: Suggest to improve front desk communication as we had some concerns with the arranged activities. i.e., massage are not room charged - we were asked to pay after the massage which shocked the group as it was NOT mentioned to us when we arranged the massage session. Good thing someone still have cash with them. e-trike was not booked as requested (morning) so we had our tour in the afternoon; good thing we had a very flexible itinerary so it didn't affect any other plans. Overall great stay! Will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip. Even recommended this to friends. 😉"

"Everything is perfect. Our room got upgraded to Pool view. Breakfast is great compare to other hotel with the same price of stay. Mabilis din shuttle service to diff locs sa hotel. Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha"

"We stayed in Movenpick for one whole week following the recommendation from a friend who stayed there twice already when she traveled to Boracay, and on the whole, we didn’t regret this choice either. We’ll share some positive things first, then negative. It was our first time to visit the island, and we knew that the White Beach area is always crowded, full of beggars and people offering you to go sailing or try out massage at their salon literally every five steps which is quite annoying. On the contrary, Movenpick is a quiet and secluded place where you can enjoy your vacations at the fullest. The prices in the resort restaurants are almost the same as in the White Beach cafes, maybe a little higher, but the food is way more delicious (we especially loved the dishes in Brezza). We didn’t expect it to be so good after reading some negative reviews on Ctrip, so it was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also amazing, with a variety of options and outstanding service (and they do have black coffee, so don’t trust those who mention that there is no coffee at the breakfast buffet). But what impressed us most was a very warm and friendly attitude of all staff to every single guest. They always approached us with a big smile, and after several days of staying, they could even remember our cocktail preferences at daily Happy Hour! Nice little sweet treats at Chocolate hour, live music from 6pm daily, plenty of space and activities offered at the resort - we loved it a lot. However, there are some tiny things you must know before booking. Half of the swimming pool might be closed for maintenance, which is totally understandable yet isn’t what you expect when choosing this hotel (neither it is convenient nor pleasant to see). Although the rooms are comfortable and clean, you can see they haven’t been renovated for a while (AC/fridge are quite noisy, some things like shower gel dispenser might get broken easily - but they can be replaced at once if you inform the hotel). Last, if you are unlucky with neighbours (especially if there’s a family with an infant in the room one floor above yours), then you might enjoy terrible noise all the day as the rooms are not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, and only on the 3rd night we were offered a bigger room for sleeping overnight (but the AC was loud there, not to mention some weird sounds outside in the middle of the night - could be an electricity generator or something else - that woke us up and we had to move back to our main room with the hope that our neighbours were fast asleep). In a word, it is recommended to bring some earplugs and not hesitate to inform the receptionists about any problem you have at once and ask for an immediate solution. Generally speaking, if we ever decide to return to Boracay for vacations, it’s highly likely we will choose Movenpick for the whole stay time again."

"The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture."

"Greay place to stay! Great Team work with the hotel. From reception to dinning to house keeping, all were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was superb with some variations in everyday. Clean and very tropical vibes. Small thing, power outlet is available only in Type A which we needed to have an adoptor from Type C, but worry not as hotel have available adoptor with a deposit of 100pesos. Overall, it was an amazing stay in the hotel. highly recommended! 👍🏼"

"Considering that it's located at Station 3, getting around was not a problem since we enjoy walking while sightseeing. This was our second time booking this hotel, and we were happy to return because of the wide selection of tasty food, accommodating staff, and the spacious room arrangement. The room also seemed cleaner compared to our first stay. Overall, the service has improved since our last visit."
