"The location is great, close to the beach at station no. 3, and close to shops and restaurants. You can also buy basic supplies from the host at reasonable prices. The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. "This is our second time staying at Giulius Boracay Italian Resort, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect — very close to everything you need: D’Mall, the beach, restaurants, and transportation.
The staff are very nice and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We also love that the resort has a pool for swimming, which is great for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Another big plus is that they allow guests to borrow banig and towels to bring to the beach, which is super convenient!
We truly enjoyed our stay again and will definitely come back on our next Boracay trip. Highly recommended!"

"We loved the room and the terrace. Rwally nice people that work there. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels which was really nice. Hotel is located close to the Willy's rock and the beach is just 2min away. Also, really nice breakfast and dinner options at the caffe/restaursnt with decent prices.
A lot of options to transfer to other beaches like Puka beach but also 10/15 min walk to the boracay central mall and shops."

"Overall, the was good and the staff are very nice and responsive. But the problem with their room accommodation is their bathroom. The source of water is not that strong and i have to make effort just to be bathed. Maybe, the reason is we were in third floor that's why the water source is not that strong. But overall, my booking with them is amazing."

They even upgraded my budget room for FREE into the one with own bathroom. I highly recommend it if you want a nice and affordable place to stay in Station 1 Boracay.☺️😍"

"We booked a family room for this trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it perfect for our group. One thing we really appreciated was the superb and stable Wi-Fi connection—definitely a big plus, especially for staying connected during the trip.
The location is also a huge advantage—it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it super accessible and convenient for quick trips back and forth.
Another highlight was the availability of free drinking water along the hallway, which was very convenient and saved us from having to buy water outside.
However, there were a few minor drawbacks. There was no safety vault in the room, and the bathroom doorknob seemed quite old and was a bit difficult to lock. Also, there were no complimentary coffee or beverages provided in the room.
Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly accommodation, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord.
May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra.

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, and was well maintained. The staff and security guards were genuinely accommodating, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
I’ve seen some negative reviews, but it’s important to be realistic: this is budget accommodation. If you’re expecting luxury finishes and fancy amenities, this is not the place for you. However, for the price, what they offer is fair and completely justifiable.
There’s no in-room Wi-Fi and mobile data is weak, but a Wi-Fi vending machine is available downstairs. A 24/7 convenience store is conveniently located right by the reception. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but there’s a designated area just outside the gate with a trash can for cigarette butts. please be mindful and keep the area clean.
Another plus is the alley leading to the beach, which has local karinderyas and souvenir shops 😍 very convenient and gives a nice local vibe. If you’re coming from the port, simply tell the driver the hotel’s name and they’ll know exactly where to take you.
Overall, this hotel is clean, affordable, well-located, and staffed by helpful people. If you’re traveling on a budget and value cleanliness, convenience, and honest pricing, this place is a solid choice.
