"Great location and right at the end of the runway where you can see planes landing and taking off and very short distance. Check in process was fine and we expect a very basic room for the price paid and it was the only hotel available but when we entered the room, there was an infestation of ants. We notified housekeeping who did attend to the issue right away while we went outside to Kam’s restaurant which was so cool and awesome with great views on the beach of the sunset. Food was decent and nearly half the price of the island and double the portions. The biggest disappointment was that we paid for breakfast which was to be served from 6am and we had to leave for the airport (5 minute walk away) at 7am. I notified the waitresses who took my order the night before. When I woke up at 6 and went down to the restaurant expecting the food to be ready, they hadn’t even begun cooking it and proceeded to take my order again. I waited 15 minutes but still not served so when I chased them they still had not even started cooking so I just asked for coffee to which they said it was the 3-1 satchet so I thought fine, it’ll take a minute and I can take the coffee to my room whilst we get ready. Waited another 10 minutes and still no rush to make it and didn’t not understand my own urgency so I told them to bring to the room which they eventually did. It was also annoying that they didn’t even have another customer in the restaurant so there was no reason why the food was not ready or even cooked on time."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Boracay! The staff were very welcoming and kind, especially to my son — they made him feel special during our stay. The hotel has its own pathway going directly to the beautiful beach of Station 1, which made it so convenient. The room was clean and cozy, and the ambiance around the pool and lobby was relaxing. It’s a great place for families who want both comfort and easy access to the beach. Definitely recommending this place! 🌴"

The staff are all so friendly and provide incredible service A free shuttle runs from the hotel to one of the main tourist areas all day- which is so helpful and easy to use Great value and if I go back to Borocay I would book again WiFi is spotty on the top floor but works fine downstairs"

"Me and my partner stayed here after a day of ferries and buses, it was exactly what we needed, location could not be any better right next to the port for onward travel. The room was really clean and modern which is a standard above most Philippine hotels for the price. The check in was easy and hassle free especially given the time of arrival around 00.00. AC worked perfectly and free things such as shampoo, soap, coffee and cold/hot water just helps a stay be that little bit better. Would recommend for anyone travelling to Boracay."

"The hotel is in a good localization because just few meters from Dmall, place with supermarket, restaurant, massage and stores. Also from a good part of the beach. The staffs are gentle, always smiling. But they could be more pro active saying that the transfer to go back to airport MUST to be request one day before that you are leaving the hotel, even when your fly is at night. They asked to us to find a way back to airport by yourselves. Sometimes the staff forgot to replace face towel the good part they didn't in the last day of check out, because probably the hotel should ask as to pay for it."

"The room was very spacious and clean when we first arrived. The airconditioning was functioning well so having a cold room was no problem. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There were a few options for breakfast but what they lack in choices they have made up for it for the quality of the food they served. We were even able to request for an extension to stay in the room while we wait for our airport transfer. The location is also very nice as everything was just within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again should I come back to Boracay."

"My stay at The Orient Beach Boracay was quite pleasant overall. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and approachable, which made the experience enjoyable. The amenities provided were also quite good. However, the main drawback is the distance from the Boracay stations. Although they offer a free shuttle service, it's limited to assigned times for pick-up and drop-off. This might not be ideal for those who enjoy late-night parties every night, as transportation within the island can be pricey. Overall, a great stay with some considerations to keep in mind."

"Sobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord. May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra.
