"What we enjoy the most was the hotel’s buffet! The breakfast buffet is so good and very practical for all guests. We even tried their lunch & dinner buffet as the food is so good and very Filipino taste’s friendly. Rooms can be better and be improved. In one of our rooms, the aircon was low in cold, as if it wasn’t maximized in buttons at all, but it was, literally. There were hundreds of staff everywhere that are all ready to assist you, they were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the beach-front pool and the fire dance! 🥰 It was our third time in Boracay, but first with La Carmela, and I can say that this stay was really worth it! 💙"

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The ambiance is calming, and everything we needed was provided. "Small good if you want just sea and sleep perfect.food is nice. We also requested extra bedsheets, pillows, and a blanket, and they asked for an additional charge. This was not pleasant. While most places charge around 500 pesos, they asked for 1,500 pesos, which we believe is absolutely not worth it. Overall, the room, sleep quality, breakfast area, the sea, and the pool are nice. The pool is mainly suitable for diving activities, and there are constant training sessions taking place. In general, the hotel is acceptable, but it does not justify the extra charges."

"The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture."

"Family of four, 2 teenagers and my senior citizen mom. Mandarin took care of us VVIP type, we had the van and speedboat to ourselves! From transfer to daily stays, sumptuous food, very kind and attentive crew - excellent customer service- definitely a must stay in front of the beach and activity dock. Stayed for a week. "We had a great time. The family suite is spacious enough for 5 of us. The place is close to the beach and in a less crowded area of station 2. All the staff were gracious and welcoming. The building itself can be updated but for the price of our stay with breakfast included I’d say it was well worth it. The food in the restaurant was fantastic! They’re very delicious we even had dinner there 3 nights in a row. I wonder why not many people eat there more. Maybe because they get put off by the lack of variety in the buffet breakfast. But overall the food was pretty good. The place is convenient and very relaxing. Great for families. We had a great time thanks to all the staff who made our stay worthwhile."

"The hotel was great and clean. Emman and jeno at the frontdesk was very accomodating and always ready to assist if you needed help with anything. Breakfast is not a buffet but some items at the menu does change which is awesome. This place is right infront of the beach where the watersports are at which is great for people who love to do water activities. This hotel doesnt have a gym for my gym goer friends but you can do water activities to burn all the calories! The crispy shredded adobo with poach egg in the menu is a must try! This hotel also offers massage services at your room aswell. Very accessible and walkable to Dmall. Still part of station 2. You can borrow umbrellas and towels to the beach from this hotel which makes it even more convenient. All in all it was great."
