The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the center, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. It saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great central location. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The staff were friendly. The room was a bit old but clean. Walkable from the station. Entrring the building, I was little bit afraid that I had to go up to 3rd floor and further inside. If I had traveled Hongkong, I wouldn’t have gone inside. However, it was safe and after that it looked kind of unique. It was quite good"

"We lived at this hotel in their apartments in 2001/2002, and it was interesting to come back and visit. It is perfectly located in the city and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are now older but have great views and are clean, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast buffet is extensive - Chinese, Japanese, and Western options. There's an excellent hot pot restaurant across the road!"

"I booked for one night as I was on transit. From Dalian international airport it took me around 10 minutes to arrive so location was quite good, specially because I had a morning flight the next day. Room was clean and everything was OK. When checking out I only needed to drop the room card (key) so it was quite smooth."

"I extend my stay there for another day due to the hotel is affordable, comfortable and near Metro. I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel room and tough that no room cleaning will be done. I when out in the morning and back in the night and notice that my room has been clean. I was worried about my cash in the wallet that have around $700 and my cards which I did not place into the safety box when missing . After check not even a single thing or $ missing. Thanks to all the staff which is able to guide and recommend us place to visit. Will back to this hotel when my next visit 🫡"

"Excellent Guest Service, very clean rooms. However, like almost evey hotel in china, the smell of sewer gas is a signficant problem. Management needs to use the correct devices to prevent the smell from coming up the drain pipes in the shower and the bathroom. Turning on the fan to vent the smell only draws more of the smell into the bathroom. Just search on TB or JD or PDD and you will find some inexpensive devices that will block out this smell."
