"The front desk staff demonstrated outstanding service throughout our stay. They quickly addressed any requests and went above to make us feel welcome. Their proactive approach - from preparing for bad weather to offering local tips - showed real dedication. The personal touches, like remembering our anniversary, made the experience extra special. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service."

"Such an amazing place. Near to metro station and venice city. Opposite the establishment are a lot of restaurants and street food plus our favourite icecream shop. We arrived really early and the got our room ready by 9:00 in the morning instead of thr normal check in time. Big room, amazing views plus free washing machine and fridge. They guve free drinking water whenever you ask and the wi-fi is fast. Very secure place and friendly reception. You get to scan their wechat account and anything you need is delivered once you ask before 4:00 evening. I must stay me and my friends had an amazing stay and we stored our luggage and went for a stroll in tiwn and everythying was ok.. i higly recommend this place for stays in Dalian"

"This hotel is supercool. walk distance to the venice ciry. Clean, tidy room with beautiful sea and city view. I have experienced one of the bathrooms with beautiful view for the first time. Friendly reception staff and manager. Received 3 pastry cakes as birthday gift for my wife from the manager. I will admire the manager in charge miss Sun Wei for her great services. I recommend staying here"

"The location was the most amazing thing about this hotel. It's ideally located in the Dalian Business District near the waterfront. There was so much to see near the Venice Oriental Harbor. The hotel is ok if you don't need meals. There's no restaurant so you'll have to order takeout. They do have cup noodles and drinks in the room at an extra cost. Also, the view is nice but only if you're on the higher floors, otherwise, you'll be very disappointed by the sight of the unfinished buildings that interfere with the beautiful seaview. The view is breathtaking once you're on the higher floors. I upgraded from the 9th floor to the 21st floor once I got there. Other than that, they were very accommodating, especially to me as a foreigner who spoke very little Chinese. They added me on WeChat and helped me with everything I need."

"## Ihana perheloma The Castle Dalianissa Vietimme perheenä neljä yötä The Castle Dalianissa ja nautimme kokemuksestamme täysin siemauksin. Tilavasta ja kauniisti sisustetusta huoneestamme 12. kerroksessa oli upeat merinäköalat, mikä teki vierailustamme todella ikimuistoisen. Hotellin sisääntuloaula on vaikuttavan suuri ja tyylikkäästi suunniteltu, mikä loi tervetulleen tunnelman heti alusta alkaen. Lapsiperheille on tarjolla suuri leikkialue, josta veloitetaan lisämaksu. Onneksi hotellin vieraat saavat alennusta. Ulkona hotellilla on viehättävä pieni puisto, josta on upeat näkymät lahdelle ja kaunis maisemointi – täydellinen paikka rentouttavalle kävelylle. Hotelli sijaitsee pienellä kukkulalla, joten kävelymatka takaisin keskustaan on hieman pitkä.
