We stayed at Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (大连市政府东关街亚朵酒店) during our first trip to mainland China, and honestly, this place was one of the highlights of our whole visit. Right at check-in we were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the staff asked if we could leave a review — after staying here, that was an easy and enthusiastic yes. Where do I even start? The room was immaculately clean, super quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was impressive with strong water pressure and top-notch amenities — everything felt fresh and high quality. We had zero issues with housekeeping — everything was always perfect. The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met in China. Their English wasn’t perfect, but they tried so hard to help with whatever we needed, always with a smile and patience. That honest effort made a big difference. Location is another major plus. This hotel is right by Dongguan Street, which means you’re walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Pavilion Mall is super close too, and the airport is easy to get to — really convenient for arrivals and departures. One small thing — the subway station is a bit of a walk, but the tram stop is very close, so getting around was still easy. We didn’t try the breakfast since it wasn’t included, but honestly, everything else was so good that we really don’t even care. To all travelers — especially Korean and Western visitors who might skip Dalian thinking it’s “not worth it” or don’t see many foreigners here — do yourself a favor and stay here. This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere. If we come back to Dalian, we will 100% stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Free Activities:Enjoyed the creative bead stringing, the relaxing complimentary afternoon tea, and the stunning sea views from the rooftop. Room Aesthetics:The room was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. A highly satisfying experience that I would gladly repeat.

Hotel room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything In the room seemed new. Super nice and comfortable. One set-back hotel did not provide disposable sleepers. I could not find it anywhere in the room. I thought this was a standard item in every hotel now. Counter service staffs seemed okay except for a few who are not very helpful. Presumably not knowledgeable. Hotel location is not good. It is away from Railway Station and especially Metro Station. As I rely on subway train or public bus alot to get around as a budget traveller and to blend in into their local life.. And I find it not convenient to get around for sightseeing and others.

Excellent customer service at counter from check in to check out. All the counter staff are very friendly, helpful and give added service like water n carrier without us asking for it. Only toilet bowl has no washing facilities even its auto flash. Room n toilet is spacious. Better if can have AI voice control. Location very good with shopping malls just next door. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back.

Good Winter 2025 holidays with good hotel, cleanliness, good bedding *we slept deeply and soundly * all heater works well superb good Rm5005 ( no windows with round tub), giving thanks to the most friendliest staff to Pretty Miss Liu and the gentle lady during our first day 11/12 on duty! Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! Amenities as per hotel description. Good location as within walking distance to metro station for commuting purpose. The attractions are one or two station stops away. Numerous food outlets in hotel vicinity. Hotel staff - counter, cleaning dept are helpful and resourceful.

The hotel we're quite new and clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast were great and there were porridge for supper too. The service of the reception were great as I left a box of fruits in the room after checking out. Called them and she arranged delivery to send to my next hotel. Really appreciate it.

Amazing hotel with a reasonable price. Room interior was very new and so beautiful. Toilet with bath tub and separate shower area and have all toiletries. Hotel staff were very good and helpful. At front desk no.8 front desk girl give us all support during our stay. Hotel was located at the city center with all shopping and attractions with in 10 minutes drive. We love to stay here again. It was so comfortable and pleasant stay

I had an early flight out so stayed overnight. Check in was easy and great service. Room was smallish but suited my needs. Bed was super comfortable thankfully. Airconditioning great! Dinner at restaurant ok but I thought from earlier reading they had western options. Good food nonetheless. Just a bit tired and rooms need a refurbish but would stay again
