"Awesome! I booked the ppnk room and it was an amazing experience. I thought that the service was very well done and they were very responsive as well as being a 24 hour service and there was always people at the front desk that you could ask questions to and they were very attentive when I asked them questions so they were awesome I would give this five stars and I recommend everyone else to book the hello Kitty pink room which was very cute and comfortable and spacious."

"The hotel is fairly well located due to ease of access to mei mei shopping mall (1 & 2) and museum. But, that's about it. Service level seems still work in progress. We stayed for 4 nights and were perplexed that our room key card did not work when we returned for the first and second night. When we went to the counter to sort out our card access issue the second night, we were then informed by the staff that the card require daily access update at the counter. This was not informed to us during check in and no hotel we've stayed at before function this way. After I've feedback to the staff, they process the card to function and work till I check out 2 days later. (Not sure why they did not set it to work for my entire stay duration in the first place like all other hotels) The daily clearing is not up to standard - the room were still dusty and hair in the bath tub was still present. The tour company recommended by the hotel (we book a day trip to tian chi) was of low quality and the tour guide will push you to purchase more tour experience unrelated to tian chi- please beware."

"Enjoy my stay so much that I extend my stay for 1 more night. Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain). the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay. Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol) This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here). Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though). They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know. Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style. After travelling 6.5months , my tastebud miss this type of food.lol Overall, highly recommended place!! If I still have time (after exploring the southern part), I will definitely come back again to stay here for one final night before leaving Xinjiang. All the best 😎😄😀😁😃"

"The Jianzhi Hotel (Urumqi People's Square) offers a fantastic stay, especially if you're a couple. Its prime location by People's Square makes exploring Urumqi a breeze. Our fancy room was both stylish and comfortable, with a stand-out excellent bathtub – perfect for unwinding. The overall ambiance is ideal for a romantic getaway. The only real drawback was the breakfast. While tasty, it lacked variety, particularly for international guests. More global options would greatly improve the morning experience. Despite the breakfast, the Jianzhi Hotel's location, stylish rooms, and superb bathtub make it a strong recommendation for a comfortable and elegant stay in Urumqi."

"Hyvin mukava näkymä ja puhdas huone, curtains ovat lukossa ja ei voi avata kaikki nauttia näkymä kuitenkin. Henkilöstö hyvin mukava ja apua, mutta ei puhunut englanti. tarkistaa oli helppo ja nopea."

"We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi."
