Good hotel in the north of Urumqi, near a subway station and elevated road. Parking is available but can get a bit busy during the day. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are all brand new. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to be a bit overwhelmed at times by the number of guests. We could only go into our room an hour after the official check-in time. The explanation that this is normal did not make the situation any better. If this is a common problem, the check-in time should be moved back to prevent travelers from arriving too early. Breakfast was mostly Chinese, but basic western items like fresh bean coffee were available. Despite the check-in issues, I would still recommend this hotel to foreign travelers.

During my stay at the Green Tree Hotel, I found the experience to be perfect overall. The service provided by the hotel staff was commendable, with friendly and attentive assistance throughout my visit. However, I did encounter a language barrier at times, which could complicate communication and service requests. Despite this occasional challenge, the facilities at the hotel were all wonderful, offering comfortable accommodations and convenient amenities. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the food provided by the hotel's restaurant, which offered delicious options to satisfy my palate. Overall, my experience at the Green Tree Hotel was positive, with excellent service, impressive facilities, and enjoyable dining experiences.

來烏魯木齊必住！桔子酒店友好南路紅山店體驗感直接拉滿！ 這次來烏魯木齊，入住了桔子酒店（友好南路紅山店），體驗真的太棒了，必須全五星好評！ 位置絕佳，出行超方便：酒店就在友好南路核心地段，位置太絕了！步行就能到紅山公園和CCMALL時代廣場，逛街、看夜景都超級方便。酒店還自帶免費停車場，自駕遊的朋友完全不用擔心停車問題。 一進門就愛上，細節滿分：一踏進大堂，清新的桔子香氣撲面而來，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。前台小姐姐特別熱情，剛坐下就送上了免費的桔子果茶，暖心又解膩。而且大堂超級大，還有私密洽談區，有朋友來訪也不尷尬。更驚喜的是還能免費試穿艾德萊斯裙和小花帽，體驗一把民族風情，太有意思了！ 房間舒適，智能便捷：房間乾淨整潔，鬧中取靜，晚上睡得特別香。全屋智能客控，窗簾、燈光都能語音控制，科技感滿滿。床品柔軟舒服，床墊支撐性很好，一覺睡到自然醒。房間裏還有桔子造型的茶具，圓潤可愛，泡上一壺熱茶看着窗外風景，瞬間治癒。機器人送物也是亮點，外賣、用品直接送到門口，安全又便捷。 早餐超豐富，元氣滿滿：早餐真的太驚喜了！碳水快樂區擺滿了各類麪點主食，熱菜區葷素搭配營養均衡，還有新鮮水果和沙拉，選擇超多。桔子奶黃包尤其好吃，一定要試試！吃飽喝足，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。 配套設施齊全，服務貼心：酒店配有24小時健身房和洗衣房，對出差或旅行的朋友來説太實用了。前台工作人員全程熱情耐心，辦理入住高效快捷。退房時還收到了暖心伴手禮，細節之處都能感受到酒店的用心。 總之，這家桔子酒店無論位置、環境、服務還是性價比都無可挑剔，下次來烏魯木齊還會選這裏，強烈推薦給所有來烏魯木齊的朋友！👍🍊

We loved the Urumuqi Conrad! For our entire stay, the service was superb and attentive. We always felt very welcomed. The room was excellent and impeccably maintained. The executive lounge offered both afternoon tea and light dinner service. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many made to order items. The bell men and housekeeper all performed very well. Overall, we highly recommend the Urumuqi Conrad.

This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

Enjoy my stay so much that I extend my stay for 1 more night. Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain). the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay. Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol) This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here). Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though). They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know. Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style. After travelling 6.5months , my tastebud miss this type of food.lol Overall, highly recommended place!! If I still have time (after exploring the southern part), I will definitely come back again to stay here for one final night before leaving Xinjiang. All the best 😎😄😀😁😃

該説不説這家酒店的進店服務做的確實好，有笑臉説話很温柔，位置也很不錯，到大巴扎逛逛也很近的，房間也乾乾淨淨的，總體來説很滿意這家酒店，出差住着是首選。願您生意興隆

Convenient access to Nanmen metro station. Variety of shopping and dining options available near the hotel despite the hotel not offering meals. Rooms were modern and clean. The view from the room was quite nice as well. WiFi was however not available for clients without a Chinese phone number, which is incredibly annoying especially for foreign guests. The WiFi network also only allows one connection per phone number, which is a baffling design decision since I can't connect my phone and my laptop on the same WiFi network. Laundry is self-service and free using a machine near the lifts. Detergent was provided. There was a lingering cigarette smell in the corridors and in the lifts. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with major issues with the WiFi network.
