"I had a long layover at Ürümqi International Airport—my first time there—and booked this hotel the night before. It was very easy to find; you don’t even need to leave the airport. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the exit gate. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and appeared to be in a newly built or recently renovated hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my short stay. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. I managed to get a solid 8 hours of incredibly comfortable sleep—something I really needed during my layover. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you have an overnight layover at Ürümqi. Convenient, clean, and restful."

"We stayed for one night at this hotel. They provide airport shuttle service. Having had some bad experience in Shanghai when it comes to staying at hotels near airport, the shuttle service is the main reason that I picked this hotel. And they don't disappoint! The driver came to pick us up in less than 15minutes and they also dropped us off the next day. The room is clean; the size is decent; and the bed is relatively comfortable! Overall, I had good experience staying at this hotel. Recommended for sure! 👌"

"Awesome! I booked the ppnk room and it was an amazing experience. I thought that the service was very well done and they were very responsive as well as being a 24 hour service and there was always people at the front desk that you could ask questions to and they were very attentive when I asked them questions so they were awesome I would give this five stars and I recommend everyone else to book the hello Kitty pink room which was very cute and comfortable and spacious."

"My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!"

"Good location. Even though not in the centre of things there's a metro station just outside the front door, practically. You can get to places easily and cheaply by taking the metro. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is a bit basic and perhaps unfamiliar to foreigners. Street food available in the evening nearby plus there's an in house restaurant which serves delicious and cheap meals. Maid service daily but could pay a bit more attention to details. Pee stains on my toilet floor were not mapped away for the 4 days I stayed in that room Otherwise I would recommend it to anyone."

"I had a reservation at other hotel but it wasn’t found so I cancelled it and booked Ibis the same day of my arrival. It was about 10:00 after an overnight train trip and I received a room immediately. The room is standard as in other Ibis hotels, not very large but comfortable. They also provide a good breakfast. The next day I had to check out before 14:00 and since my train was until 20:40, I asked to wait at the lobby until 19:00 (I am at the lobby now). The front desk personnel have been bringing me tea during this time. I’m very pleased of my stay here."

"Mixed experience. Some great amenities including excellent laundry facilities and service, free tea and coffee machines in reception and third floor communal area, powerful hot showers, comfortable beds, great location. But we had some difficulties - the aircon didn't work in our room despite the room we'd booked being advertised with independent control air con. When we reported the problem to reception they came up and insisted it worked but it didn't. We had to call them again for them to come and look again before they finally moved us to a different room with a window that we could open (and indeed fully functioning Aircon). Also difficult for foreigners to access the WiFi as you need to have a Chinese phone number to receive a log in code by SMS, which expires as soon as your device disconnects. The reception staff were helpful in using their phone number to get a code but it's inconvenient to have to do that multiple times across multiple different devices. So a nice hotel in a good location but with a bit more friction than you might expect for the price."

"非常乾淨的酒店，我原本想在機場住一晚太空艙對付一晚大概90塊錢。但是看到如家neo的評論定了這家，實際體驗如何評價一樣，酒店很新 乾淨 大氣，並且洗衣房配的是商用和全季一樣的lg洗衣機，我把羽絨服都洗了一遍，太爽了，hahahah。總結：很值得住的一家酒店，價格也實惠，睡眠質量絕對比機場住舒服。 整點有接送機服務，一次滿意的入住，下次來烏魯木齊也住這裏。 （關於整點送機，我那天是7點發車，大家提早10-15分鐘在大廳，結果一車人在等一箇中年婦女2分鐘，上車後沒有任何道歉，還要別人幫她關門。在車上和同車人吵架，説就2分鐘怎麼了。 我能理解酒店想服務好每一位顧客。但是為了一個顧客得罪一車顧客是不可取的。已經提醒要提早10分鐘在大廳等待，大家遵守整點發車原則就不會有問題。希望酒店改進。） 設施：很新 衞生：乾淨 環境：大氣 服務：優秀"
