"Not too far from Urumqi railway station and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Urumqi railway station is in yhe walking distance if you are a lite traveler and don't have too much luggage (around 10 minutes walk). The room comes with necessary amenities. The washing machine is available with an additional charge. Microwave is available in the common area."

"The Hotel is very new and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice,after 4 nights it could have been a bit more variety. The free laundry room is very good and easy to handle. We walked from the railway station south to the hotel. The area around is full with good food options. We enjoyed our stay very much! They do have a robot service which our daughter really liked and I enjoyed good coffee from their new coffee machine."

"We stayed for one night at this hotel. They provide airport shuttle service. Having had some bad experience in Shanghai when it comes to staying at hotels near airport, the shuttle service is the main reason that I picked this hotel. And they don't disappoint! The driver came to pick us up in less than 15minutes and they also dropped us off the next day. The room is clean; the size is decent; and the bed is relatively comfortable! Overall, I had good experience staying at this hotel. Recommended for sure! 👌"

"Perfect place to stay, with an amazing view. Really worth considering the price (little) it gives more than expected. The guy at reception was really helpful and nice with us, giving the room much before the normal check-in time, that was amazing 'cause it was snowing a lot outside, and also giving us food advice. The location is good, close to the train station and close to the stop of several buses to the center. There are some places round also to eat, we ended up in a place run from a wonderful, kind woman who cooks delicious food ."

"It was an average Hotel and the price was okay. Sadly it smelled strong of cigarettes and we didn't used the AC because when you turn this old AC on it smells even worse in the room. Beds were clean, but the towels also smelled strong of smoke. The service knocked us out shortly before midnight just to ask us what our purpose of travel is although this was obvious. But overall the service was friendly."

"The hotel is an excellent place to stay, for budget travelers looking for a comfortable room. The location is convenient, at a complex with shops and restaurants, and close to the city center. The room is equipped with an AI-controlled system, for sound, temperature, lighting and visuals. There is a laundry room on the 21st floor, with futuristic washing and drying machines. The ambience at the reception area is really nice, bright and relaxing, decorated with a little bookshelf and a tea station, very welcoming. The staff members at the reception are kind and helpful, with any requests from the guests. Definitely a recommended stay in the city of Urumqi."

"Hostel is about 5 - 7 minutes away from the ”Sports Centre” metro station, which is about 25+ minutes from the airport. The hostel entrance is next to the Tesla shop, and you have to press the buzzer, for the security guard to open the gate for you. Then, after writing your name down in the guest-book, you go up to the 10th floor in the lift. (Check the other reviews here, for a picture of the gate/door to the building) The staff speak little to no English, but they are very helpful. They will try to solve your issues, as long as you patient with the translation software. Also, it is difficult for staff to check you in, if you do not have a contact number or Alipay/Wechat contact. (This is a CN Govt requirement) The dorm rooms are basic and you may get the city views. There are no privacy curtains and there was no air-con, in my one. The hostel staff can provide fans, but we did not need any, as it was still cool at night. The beds are OK. There is a bathroom in the dorm room too, but there was almost no privacy for the bathroom, as there was a gap between the door for others to see and you can see through the frosted glass into the bathroom too! The hostel is relatively clean, quiet and well-located, except there may be other local guests, who are loud and smoke sometimes in the other rooms. Next to the hostel is a nice up-market shopping centre and with really lots to eat, in the food-court on the 3rd floor."
