"Had a wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade by the friendly front desk staff, Syaiful, which made the experience even more special. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and massage options just a short walk away.
Breakfast offered a good variety and the Indonesian corner was a lovely touch. It would be even better with menu descriptions for guests to explore more easily. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday during the stay, about 6–8 F&B staff went the extra mile, singing birthday songs with such warm hospitality.
Loved the hotel’s live band performance in the evening too, as it really added a great vibe to the overall experience. Would definitely come back!"

"Overall, the stay was good. The hotel was clean; however, when we first entered the room, there was a strong cigarette smell. We had to air the room for about 10 minutes before it cleared. Unfortunately, the smell returned when we came back at night, which suggests there may be an issue with the ventilation system. There are stains on our pillow and bedsheets
The hotel breakfast was average but sufficient.
The location is very convenient, as it is within walking distance to the ferry terminal.
Overall, it is a good option for a short stay."

"Saw some negative review from Google or Trip.com, but I still decided to choose for this resort because of the locations. Also, that after spoke with the driver and I know that the view of the beach of this resort is actually the best one in bintan. It’s quite expensive to eat inside the resort, especially the Indian food at night. I went to the Chinese restaurant, but we didn’t order the seafood. The waiter is very helpful and very nice and polite. We order for the medium person, but he advised us not to choose that because the portion is really big."

"We celebrated my wife’s birthday over the weekend. Their hospitality was amazing. They’ve upgraded our room and decorated it for the occasion. They’ll provide us with all the info they have and try to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They will frequently check in with us on the food quality and how is the stay etc. We really appreciate their hospitality and services provided. There is quite a fair bit of food choices available at Port 19 (local and western). The food we have ordered are good and delicious. Despite the resort is at its soft opening, there is quite a fair bit of activities that you can do here. For example, there are pools, gym, fitness studio for yoga, bicycle riding, pool table, darts, kids' activities rooms and outdoor playgrounds. There will be more facilities opening up soon like the spa and beach clubhouse in the coming months."

"Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM.
The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping."

"Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!"

"our first time to the resort and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and love it! the hotel is very convenient with kids-friendly amenities including the indoor playground with children’s activities / workshop for the kids. there are a few different pools to explore as well and beach nearby to play with sand. there is also a spa for adults to relax. overall a very suitable place for family with kids as well as anyone who wants to just chill and relax! also would like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and nice with excellent service. we will definitely go back again! the room itself is also very big and clean. twin room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in."

The stuff are amazing the check- in was smooth and light.We went on monsoon season so couldnt swim at the sea but it didnt bothered us, the swimming pools are clean and with nice sorrouding.You can use restaurant and swimming pool next door sister hotel and also book lovely dinners at Banyan tree hotel they will bring you to the restaurant with buggy.On our first evening we join the BBQ dinner and it was absolutely lovely and worth the money, food was great.Alsobook your SPA treatment we went twice with my son and iyit was perfect, the massage is professional and relaxing, the programs are nice variety amd the prices are reasonable.The only disappointing thing its a ferry from Singapore to Bintan during the monsoon season, so dizzy fizzy never felt that bad on a boat. Of course it şs nothing to do with the hotel."

"A lovely resort with very attentive staff.
Breakfast selection is extensive. Love the freshly cut Fruits and the range of sambal offered.
We had dinner at Rica rica and th Indo cuisine is spectacular. A little expensive in my opinion. We ordered one starter and one main and that set us back sgd45.
Forget the Rimbun. Lovely setting but the food… ribeye was sgd64 but it was thin like those in our hawker centre with no taste.
Spa was amazing. We took the couple’s package and it was lovely.
We enjoyed the Floating fizz in our own private pool.
On the whole, 8/10. We will be back and hopefully the standard of food will be better."

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity.
One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner.

We can recommend it to anyone who likes to spend some time in pure nature and enjoy very nice staff. The staff went on the extra mile when we could early check in, when someone went to stock beers in the pouring rain, when we got breakfast boxes at 6am. We also liked the pool and the various activities on the ground, like archery. We want to come back again! Thank you for everything.

DDaniVinWe really enjoyed our stay at Natra Resort. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming—we were always greeted with warm smiles, which made a big difference. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great bonus.
Food and spa services are on the pricier side, but the resort is fully self-contained, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere. Complimentary buggy services around the resort were very convenient, and they also offer activities, spa packages, and taxi services.
Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

VVieraskäyttäjäSe oli meille loistava oleskelu. Merinäköalallinen mökki on mukava ja viihtyisä minulle ja miehelleni. Esteetön näköala merelle on suosikkini. Huonepalvelu oli hyvää ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja tervehti meitä aina hymyillen. Yövyimme kolme yötä ja söimme ateriamme lomakeskuksen ravintoloissa. Aamiainen sisältyi varaukseemme ja aamiaisella tarjoiltu ruoka oli hyvää, mutta ei mitään erityistä mainittavaa. Söimme lounaan ja illallisen Spicessä ja Kelongin mereneläväravintolassa. Sanoisin, että ruokavalikoima on rajallinen ja kallis. Sanoisin, että se on kalliimpaa kuin Singapore (yksi Aasian kalleimmista kaupungeista). Kahdelle hengelle käytimme noin 70–170 dollaria ateriaa kohden… alkupala, yksi pääruoka ja yksi halvin juoma. Kun söimme mereneläväruokaa, se maksoi enemmän, tietenkin noin 170 dollaria. Kaiken kaikkiaan se oli hyvä kokemus. Mukava oleskelu kalliita ruokia lukuun ottamatta. Ruoan maku on ihan ok. Yövyimme kolme yötä, joten meidän oli vaikeampi valita, mitä syödä, kun valinnanvaraa ei ole paljon eikä se ole jännittävää, ja olet lomakeskuksessa... joten et voi mennä ulos ja ostaa edullisempaa ruokaa ulkopuolelta. Jos lomakeskuksessa on enemmän kiinalaista ruokaa, se on hyvä. Joten jos yövyt rentoutumassa, se on hyvä. Jos olet ruokaharrastaja..., tämä paikka ei ole sinua varten.

Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻
The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV.
Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it

Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty.
Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy.
Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok .
Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain
Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer !

AAnonyymi käyttäjäVilla on suuri ja tilava, mutta tuntui vanhalta ja huonosti hoidetulta. Sisään astuessamme meitä tervehtivät heti monet kuolleet lehdet, jotka olivat hajallaan uima-altaan reunalla ja kelluivat altaassa. Lattia tuntui myös likaiselta, joten käytimme tohveleita kaikkialla. Suihku on ulkona, mikä tarkoitti, että meidän piti kylpeä tohvelit jalassa. Kylpyammeen viemäröinti ei toiminut, vaikka teknikko lähetettiin paikalle. Koska allas oli kirkkaasti valaistu yöllä, näimme sisällä kelluvan monia epäpuhtauksia + Uin suoraan sammakkoon yrittäessäni nauttia uima-altaasta yöllä. Aamiainen oli syötävä, mutta vaatimaton, ja latte maistui vedeltä.
Yövyimme Deluxe Suite Villassa, mutta villamme ei vastannut verkossa olevia kuvia.
Yksi hyvä puoli villassa on sen sijainti - se on lähimpänä Plaza Lagoita, jossa on hyviä vaihtoehtoja ja kauppoja, sekä Lagoin rantaa, joka on kaunis auringonlaskun aikaan ja erittäin siisti.
Kaiken kaikkiaan en suosittele tätä perheelle ja ystäville, elleivät he tee suurta remonttia/paranna huomattavasti ylläpitoaan.

DDappy_PandaWas here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings.

IIrvin Jonah CheungIf you are not fussy about a ”right slap in the city” hotel, then this is a perfect hotel for you and your family! The hotel is within walking distance to Melayu Square, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong building, Jalan Hang Tuah, the newly built coastal bridge, and the main ferry port. The neighborhood is also very friendly and littered with many little local eateries and grocery shops that are not expensive! Even if you want a very good Chinese seafood restaurant, Sei Enam is only a stone throw away!
The hotel rooms are very basic and simple and the hotel is not equipped with a elevator, so if you are staying on the 4th floor, you'll have to walk up! Inside the rooms are simple appliances like TV, cable, telephone, drinking cups, bottled water, slippers, cupboards, drawers, hot and cold water showers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo, small bar soaps, aircon, firm pillows, and even a nice bolster for you to hug to sleep! There are unfortunately no water billers nor coffee and tea condiments in the room. Hot and cold drinking water are on level 1 dinning area.
The hotel package that I took came with a simple breakfast. The dishes are local and spicy and they are often sprinkled with peanuts. Breakfast come in wrapped up (takeaway) packages with all the pratas sauces, and/or rice in paper and plastic wrappings. Cutleries and plates are available for use. Free flow of coffee and tea with sugar (no milk nor creamer).
For the price of about S$26/day, I thought that it was such a wonderful stay in this hotel! Even though it is without much amenities (because I'd rather go take my walks around town and go get a boat ride), I highly recommend this 2 star hotel for a simple and affordable stay in Tanjung Pinang!

VVieraskäyttäjäExcellent location away from the usual water parks and tourists. The resort is only an hr from the ferry terminal, for an additional fee, they can arrange pickup/drop off. The room is way better than the photos advertised. Every amenity you can think of is available including insect repellent cream. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to nature. There are a few species of kingfishers, sandpipers and swifts, raptors, etc just to name a few. The main highlight of this place is when the tide is low, you can walk out and go fish hunting, spot different species of crabs, and mudskippers, etc. Since it is a mangrove beach, inevitably there are sandflies so it's important to cover up when heading to the beach. The staff are friendly and food is amazing. I will be back again hopefully in the near future.
