"Environment: The hotel environment is quite good, clean and tidy! Minibar free snacks and complimentary drinks: The snacks were abundant, and there were 4 glass bottles of water, but the water didn't taste particularly fresh or sweet. Service: The service was good. However, after check-in, they called to say I hadn't signed something and asked me to sign it. Since I had my child with me, it was a bit inconvenient, so I asked them to come up to our room to get the signature. Facilities: The bathtub couldn't switch to the shower head function, which was very odd. They said someone would come up to fix it, but because my child had already showered in the walk-in shower and it was time to put them to bed, I didn't let them come up to repair it. I'm not sure if the bathroom has an extractor fan; I couldn't find the switch."

"My friend and I specifically came to The Londoner Macao to celebrate my birthday. The decor is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are super new with a sophisticated navy blue color scheme! I want to give a special shout-out to The Londoner Macao's Guest Relations (GR) team. Their thoughtful service made a great impression even before we arrived. They arranged a luxurious private car transfer for us the day before. A huge thank you to Berry, who patiently waited for us at the Hengqin Port for 50 minutes in this scorching summer heat 😭. Upon arriving at the hotel, I'd like to thank the staff who greeted us, especially Kate, the lady who handled our check-in. She went above and beyond, preparing a delicious chocolate cake and decorating our room beautifully. She also took photos for us and helped create a wonderful surprise 🥹. She patiently answered all our questions, meticulously arranged our outings, and recommended must-visit spots and delicious food in Macau, making it the most unforgettable birthday ever ❤️. Thanks to the hotel's meticulous and attentive service, we had an incredibly pleasant and memorable stay at The Londoner Macao this time. It was our first experience feeling as happy and comfortable in Macau as we do at home. We look forward to our next visit!!!!"

Every room also offers a fantastic sea view experience. Breakfast is mostly Western, but quite varied, and the omelets are especially delicious. The front desk is on the top floor, so you actually go down to your room, which gives it the charming feel of a small boutique hotel abroad. The only minor downside is that some of the facilities are a bit old and possibly a little worn out. A renovation would be a good idea if possible."

The service was also excellent. I had booked a twin room and a king room, and they proactively upgraded me upon check-in. Both rooms were next to each other and had a connecting door. After contacting the hotel, they opened the connecting door for us, creating a suite, which was incredibly convenient! The hotel's surroundings offer superb transportation, with a variety of bus routes readily available. You can pretty much get anywhere directly by bus."
