Studio City Hotel

Macau offers plenty of accommodation options, but this is one of the best high-end choices in terms of value for money. The hotel provides a variety of complimentary shuttle buses and free drinks and other perks. The management and service are both excellent, making for a very pleasant overall stay. Highly recommended.

We booked the King suite and it was amazing. However getting to the hotel can be confusing since they have different towers. And it was disappointing that the children's facilities were closed when we were there as they have something called "dark days" which are typically tue and wed when the water park and super fun zone were closed. Other than that, the service from the concierge and the housekeeping were fantastic! Love the evening turndown service too!

The housekeeping service is top notch, have attention to details which includes providing lens cotton for camera etc. Bell boys and all staffs are nice too. Only one thing is it asks for deposits of 200USD needed either to pay by credit card ( not debit) or can use Macao cash.

The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Toilet and bath are spacious. The view of Cotai Strip is the icing on the cake. Outdoor swimming pool was fun. Indoor pool was nice with jacuzzi. Easy access to food and shops inside the property is a plus. Cinema was cozy too. Snacks were satisfactory. Will come again.

The hotel is great for its location except that it’s not one of EE bus stop from HK. The room first assigned to us was on high floor but has an awful smell of urine. Therefore we demanded a room change which was ok but on a lower floor and smaller room even though it has better view towards the Eiffel Tower and Londoner.  Buffet Breakfast variety was great with western, Chinese, indian etc.  The water park was amazing with both indoor and outdoor zones which can spend a whole day, though with additional expenses.  The indoor playground on 3/f was ok but not value for money though it’s a 3 storey high playground.  Overall staff don’t smile and sometime kind of rude except the staff at the Gala restaurant.  Last but not least, maybe because of water saving device, water flow was weak to the extent that it takes quite some time to even heat up the water on the wash basin.  Overall if coming for water park, it’s worth staying at the hotel as it directly connects to it which is convenient.

The last hitel at cotai strip , It's fit families with skatepark, waterpark, and video games which I didn't see at other macau hotels, This hotel has huge food court, variety of food choices. Macau is good for western people , many workers here are foreigners so speaking English is great here

Best hotel at Macau! Suitable for family and it is very quiet not crowded compare to the other hotel nearby. Super facilities and service!
