"Room was disgusting when we arrived - dirty towels, bugs, blocked toilet. We had to keep chasing the manager to get us moved to a different room. When we finally got moved, the new room was also dirty. The manager sent someone to "deep clean" but this was a light wipe over at most - the sink tap was still dirty, there were ***** hairs on the toilet seat and next to the toilet on the floor, and handprints/finger prints from the previous guests on the toilet and shower doors. After complaining again, rather than being looked after for the poor service and state of the rooms we'd been in for the first 2 days, we were completely ignored. Everytime we went to reception to follow up with the manager, she wasnt there and we were told she would contact us which she didnt. When we finally caught her at reception on day 3 of our 1 week stay, she told us she'd spoke with hotel owner and that theres nothing they can do besides say sorry, and are not willing to do anything to make up for the poor experience we'd had up until that point. To then dig themselves a further hole, the manager then decided to tell me that when the cleaners changed the towels in our room that morning, there was some makeup on a towel and it couldnt be washed, and if this continued they would charge the cost of this to the holding deposit they had on our card. Never in any hotel have i been told a little makeup on a towel is an issue, nor that it cant be washed, and we are frequent travellers. Both my husband and I realised that this was a blackmail tactic, in order to stop us raising further complaints about the disgusting state of the room. Do not stay here, what is portrayed as a chic, clean, aesthetically pleasing boutique hotel, is everything but that. Rude, ignorant dismissive staff, most unprofessional hotel manager i've ever encountered. Photos attached, unable to upload videos to show how bad it really was, but the photos are just a glimpse of what we experienced."

"Tänään, 5. heinäkuuta, meidän piti kirjautua ulos hotellista klo 12.00 mennessä. Koska heräsimme myöhään – noin klo 11.00 – menimme ensin aamiaiselle, ja siihen mennessä kello oli noin 14.00. Jälkeenpäin vastaanotossa meille ilmoitettiin, että meidän oli luovutettava huone klo 15.00 mennessä, ja jos emme tekisi niin, he veloittaisivat meiltä 300 bahtin pantin. Lähdimme huoneesta kaikkien tavaroidemme kanssa klo 14.55, ennen määrättyä uloskirjautumisaikaa. Klo 15.01 olimme jo vastaanotossa. Tästä huolimatta he kertoivat meille, että olimme myöhässä ja olivat meille velkaa 300 bahtia. Selitimme, että olimme lähteneet huoneesta ennen klo 15.00, mutta he jatkoivat ja pidättivät rahat 1 000 bahtin pantista, joka piti palauttaa uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä. Lopulta he palauttivat meille vain 700 bahtia. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin töykeää. "We’ve stayed at the pool villa and I’m glad we made that choice. The swimming pool at the hotel is a bit weird. The lagoon pool connects all the lagoon villas. So you are not really getting a private pool. The beach pool is nice but super crowded when we went there. The beach itself has a lot of people. Let’s talk about room amenities. I’m quite disappointed they have no amenities for little ones. I’m talking about slippers and bathrobes (which are super useful after swim). The room itself is also a bit odd consider they have more room for the closet than the bedroom itself. So while it looks nice. I’m not sure if it really fits us."

"Very aesthetics resort with lots of photo spots around. Even the breakfast place is gorgeous. Really relaxing just chilling in the resort. They provide free activities every day and complimentary SUP & kayaking. A pity we didn't get to try as the weather wasn't suitable and I fell sick when weather was great on the last day. Staff were very kind to let us extend the late check out with a resonable fee so I could rest in. Location wise, it is about 40mins drive to patong area and 20+mins to old town. Need to cater time for traffic jam in peak hours. But just grab around, all good! The aesthetics, programme and service are really good. Very clean room as well, except maybe can clear up the room smell from previous guests abit more if possible. They also have two buildings- oceanview side & bayview side. Definitely highly recommend the oceanview side for the best experience as that's central to all the activities & services available. Oh, and they have a Let's Relax Spa located within the oceanview side of the building. Legit the best thing ever! Overall, really enjoyed our stay & highly recommend!"

"Stayed one night at Bella Nara Phuket prior to my flight departure. Overall, it is a nice and comfortable hotel, suitable for a short stay. The hotel provides airport shuttle service at THB 300 per room, which is convenient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety, slightly different from what I experienced at other 5-star hotels, which was refreshing. A few areas could be improved. Check-in was strictly at 3pm, and all guests had to wait until that exact time—no flexibility at all. While welcome drinks were provided, they were cleared rather quickly, which made the experience feel a bit rushed. Water supply in the room was also inconsistent, which could be uncomfortable, although less of an issue given the warm climate. On the positive side, the location is great. There is an excellent massage place just opposite the hotel, and having dinner by the beach nearby was a highlight. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with a few service improvements needed."

"We stayed for two nights and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the rooms are huge and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The real highlight for our family was the children’s club and the all-day activities—our kids absolutely loved it there. However, the hotel is let down by a few things. The pool area desperately needs refurbishing, with many broken tiles. Cleanliness was also an issue; we noticed dust on the TV and plates left outside rooms for long periods. Breakfast was disappointing, particularly the awful coffee and the egg and noodle stations. Great for kids, but the facilities need attention."

"It's really great! I can't describe it in words. I didn't expect that my first trip to Thailand would be so perfect. It was all thanks to the boss and the boss's wife. The hotel is very clean and the waiters are very attentive. "Hinta-laatusuhde oli todella hyvä tällä Kata Karonin rannalla, ja hotelli vastasi perusmajoitustarpeita. Valitsimme tämän paikan viimeiseksi yöksi säästääksemme rahaa. Hotellissa oli todella paljon ihmisiä, kuin lastentarhassa, jossa aikuiset ja lapset yöpyivät yhdessä. Keskipäivällä hotelliin saapui eniten ihmisiä, ja huonetta joutui odottamaan aina kello kolmeen asti iltapäivällä. Tästä syystä monet yksityiskohdat olivat puutteellisia. Siisteys oli keskitasoa heikompaa, ja näimme vielä poistamattomia paperipyyhkeitä ja roskia. Vaikka huone oli mainostettu parivuoteellisena, sänky koostui kahdesta erillisestä pikkusängystä. Mietin jo, miksi sänky tuntui niin leveältä 😂 Kaikkein hirveintä oli, että jopa peitot olivat erilliset 🤣 Tämä oli kyllä uutta minulle. Miten pariskunta voi peitellä itsensä yhden peiton alle tällä tavoin? 😂 Heräsin yöllä 2-3 kertaa, koska käytävällä kulki ihmisiä ja he puhuivat. Henkilökunnan englannin kielen taito oli myös melko heikko. Kun tein check-outin ja pyysin matkatavaroiden säilytystä, he eivät ymmärtäneet minua. Ehkä se johtui siitä, että olin jo itse laittanut matkatavarani heidän säilytyspaikkaansa, mutta en saanut kuittia säilytyksestä🤣 Aamiaisella oli myös aivan liikaa ihmisiä, eikä huoneen numeroa edes kysytty. Koko tilanne oli täysin kaoottinen, mutta ruoka oli jotenkin ok. Huvittelumahdollisuudet näyttivät hyviltä, mutta meillä ei ollut lapsia eikä siten myöskään intoa mennä leikkimään."
