Hotelli 13 oli todella ylellinen ja palvelu oli erinomaista kaikkialla! Majoitun täällä ehdottomasti uudelleen!

Palvelu oli erinomaista ja vastaus kaikkeen mitä pyysimme oli nopea. Kuljetuspalvelu oli loistava, ja huone ylitti odotukset.

The room ambience gave us the real royal feeling for the whole stay with all top amenities and private elevator. The pool area was a unique experience too with a combination of full sized pool along with mini hot pools (onsen & jacuzzi ). The hotel staff were very helpful,friendly and polite,always willing to help. The breakfast restaurant had an excellent all white decor but the food needed some enhanced approach yet. Since the hotel is still undergoing maintenance work some facilities are still not available but once available this would be one of the fantastic place to stay in Macau. The hotel doesn’t have free shuttle services to major ports but whenever we required transportation out of hotel they arranged quick complimentary service .

I like the stay here! Maybe decor is over the top, maybe all gilded surfaces are tacky, but... this hotel suprised me a few times. And you know, this is not happening very often after decades of travels and hundreds of hotels visited. 1. Hotel is very private. The privaye lifts to rooms, called villas here, are extremely nice touch. It is confusing at the beginning which lift is which, but eventually you will finf your way. 2. Hotel is very quiet during night. I live this very much. All the plushes, velvets, softs surfaces make the room very, very cosy. I think is one the quietest hotes I stayed. Abd because of the privacy - the is no neighbour noise at all! 3. Probably the most comfy bath tube I have ever used. Very relaxing. 4. The welcome selection was incredible. Really nice. 5. Breakfast very tasty. Not hudge, but enough to be satisfied. Really, really like it. The biggest issue was the location. It is quite remote, in very normal looking neighborhood. Nothing exciting around. And if you know Macau - getting taxi is very difficult here. The public transport to the other areas was good though I like the swimming pool and the hot springs. Finally, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you everyone! Honestly, I recommend this hotel!

The place is magnificent. Super spacious but location is not good

great service, very welcoming staffs, and extremely friendly attitude, it is just that the facilities are insufficient, no shopping place, and lack of entertainment as well, the cigar bar could be one of the attraction but it was not opened, but in overall, it is value for money for sure

Horrible experience due to non-stop drilling noise. The loud drilling noise went on continuously until 5:30 PM. And started again at 8am in the morning!!. I could not get any rest, and my baby was unable to take a nap at all. When I complained, the hotel refused to stop the work, took zero responsibility, and could not even confirm if the noise would continue tomorrow. Should the hotel and its management reflect the responsibility???

They have just soft opened in June. The staff are not well trained get. Many of the facilities are not yet opened. The location is quite isolated, away from other Cotai properties.

From my opinion, the hotel is not yet ready but the teams did well with their can do attitude. All the credits go to the services team from Concierge, the butler team and the spa ladies. I have never been in a hotel where no food is served after 2PM, this is quite shocking! The hardwares are from the previous owners so not much comments on it. It was a pleasure stay .
