"I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent—just a 5‑10 minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which made exploring the park very convenient. It’s also close to the meeting point for the bus back to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station, only about a 400‑meter walk. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou."

"We came to the hotel and there was a power outage so we couldn’t check in, we had to wait in the lobby until it got fixed. The staff was very nice and offered us water and a warm place to sit. When we checked in we learned that there is no gym, which disappointed us because we booked the hotel because of the pictures advertised online of the gym. When we went down to the hot springs in the evening, they suddenly were reminded to tell us that because of the power outage from earlier there was not enough electricity to warm the hot springs today so they were not going to open. Now we were really angry because both the amenities that were advertised online were not available to us so there was no reason to make this price rightful, as it is not even close to the central area where there are restaurants and the entrance to the park. The very nice lady at the desk saw that we were disappointed so she offered to give us a discount or free dinner, the good thing about this hotel is really the staff. The breakfast was also good."

"I think they clean the room everyday even without telling them, I’m not sure though so if you want them to clean it, do tell them. Location was around 30 mins walk from the entrance of Jiuzhai Valley, they do offer sending you to the entrance in the morning (from 8am to 12noon if I remember correctly). The hotel has a steep slope before reaching it, but just down the slope you can ride bus going to the train station. Service was okay, they mostly tell you to look it up on WeChat. The WiFi was so slow!!!! Hot water was nice and the pressure was good as well. Breakfast was very very simple, all steamed. Steamed dumplings, buns, eggs, mantou, and corn. Coffee was 3in1 machine, so it was sweet."

"This was one of my favourite stays. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the park entrance, which makes early starts really easy.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was great. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were warm, professional, and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere straight away. They were always attentive and happy to help, and the translator device made communication very easy.
The room was modern and comfortable, with a very good bed. I appreciated the thoughtful extras like coffee, snack box, face masks, and plenty of bottled water. I also had a balcony with a beautiful mountain view, which made the stay even more special. Felt like a European hotel in the mountains.
The undercover spa was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. There’s also easy access to the nearby village for an evening walk.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and very well-run stay that I’d happily recommend.

"Hotel location is nearby a few shops and restaurants. Very near to JiuZhaiGou scenic area. Room is reasonable clean，toilet water pressure is good but a bit hard to balance between cold and hot water when continuously shower. Free welcome amenities as shown in photo. Slippers provided. A bonus are free one time usage towers provided and a toilet seat cover. However, only a thin pillow was provided. Hopefully, can upgrade to 2 pillows per bed in future. Breakfast start from 6.30am-9am only. Hopefully, it can be longer till 10am in the future for late sleepers. Breakfast buffet was below average. Hopefully, can be better in future."

"Location: 10mins car ride (20yuan) from hotel to scenic site. Not an issue for us. Nice and quiet. Next door lots of restaurants to have a meal.
Service: very good and attentive. We were checked in by Ms 104 and Mr 105 (they go by numbers to identify). Both were lovely and polite and helpful. Staff were always available to help.
Used the hotel recommendations for private hire transport from train to hotel return. Very happy as driver was prompt and safe.
Food: breakfast was quite basic. But for a 1-2 days stay, it was adequate. Restaurant on site was nice.
Room: adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay. Clean and functional. Pillows and bed was very very nice and soft/firm enough. Soap/shampoo came in tiny tubes but adequate for a short stay. And I am sure if U called room service for more, they will bring it promptly."

"Wonderful hotel with clean & spacious room, located nearby restaurants and convenient stalls within walking distance. Basically there is a convenient shop just located in the hotel. Super helpful hotel staff who always serve with a smile. This hotel is located approx 2 km from Jiuzhaigou park and it is easy to go there by hotel arranged car with a small fee of RMB4/pax.
The hotel also offers a sumptuous spread of buffet breakfast both hot & cold, mainly Chinese and bread and pastries.
Things to improve:
1) the toilet seat is freezing cold, best if it can be fitted with an automated heated seat cover.
2) limited seats for breakfast before 8am. The hotel needs to address this problem no matter how.
Conclusion: this is still a wonderful hotel to stay in if you are going to Jiuzhaigou despite the above 2 minor issues."

"Stayed here recently and honestly… everything was super good.
The view was next level — the kind you don’t get tired of even after staring at it for hours. Whether it was sunrise or night lights, it felt like a whole experience on its own.
The service was equally impressive. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the stay comfortable. You can really feel the difference when a hotel goes the extra mile without you even asking.
The environment was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully designed. It had that perfect balance of luxury and comfort — not too stiff, but still very premium.
Overall, the experience was just amazing from start to finish. Smooth check-in, relaxing stay, and honestly didn’t feel like leaving. Definitely one of those places you’ll want to come back to again."

"we arrive at 9pm, staff spoke only chinese but was able to translate with app very easy, very helpful when we forgot our keys in the room. the hotel had a lot of parking, ev charging, our room were clean, had a welcome banana and a box of yogurt milk I think. Best thing was they had heaters since jiuzhai was very cold. Toilet was clean, with hot water ready."

WWai Kit KanWe had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good!
If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

TTheresa JYWe stayed at the Hilton in Jiuzhaigou for three days with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. At every touchpoint, we felt the warmth and attentiveness of the service team.
A special mention goes to the customer service manager, Janice, who was incredibly thoughtful. She surprised our children with adorable teddy bears, which made their day. Knowing that we were visiting Jiuzhaigou, she also prepared disposable bath covers and bath salts for us—such a considerate gesture after a long day of sightseeing.
Our children were not very used to the local cuisine, so we ordered pasta from the hotel. It turned out to be delicious, and the portion size was very generous, which we really appreciated. My kids also enjoyed playing at their kids club.
Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay for our whole family. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

VVieraskäyttäjäI am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had.
Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare.
We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit.
All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes.
During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water.
They also provided very good and complete amenities.
On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable.
They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures.
They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time.
The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese.
They also gave us a late check out at 3pm
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou.
The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all.
I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

MML NWe recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency.

Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay.
💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality
The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay.
We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort.
A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay.

The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing.

The cleaning staff always greeted you in the morning. They also provide free transfer with premium MPV to the national park. The room was clean, all the amenities were there as stated and they even served you with free apples and oranges in the room. All in all, I would definitely come here again in the future and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

DDaughterofEveThis a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room.
There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay.
There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.

FFida WidyaThe vacation experience in Jiuzhaigou is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bed linens are changed for each guest, providing a sense of utmost comfort. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, features a bathtub and highland-specific moisturizing toiletries. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning ensures the room is warm and comfortable. The Tibetan-style decor is unique and distinctive, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient Legends Theater and the Food Street. It is within walking distance to the scenic areas and takes about 10 minutes by car. There is also a shuttle service available from the high-speed rail station. The small housekeeping manager, Ge Sang, is attentive and considerate, and the facilities, including a hot spring and swimming pool, are incredibly relaxing. If I were to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose this place!
