Baarilliset hotellit kohteessa Luzern

酒店工作人員都很友好，態度好，有問題反饋效率快。 久聞大名，華人國內的五星大酒店，第一次嘗試mo終於可以在國外支持下中國企業，但是去了後發現離火車站較遠的酒店，失誤遺憾錯過火車站中心附近更好。沒有大堂上兩次台階到一個長窄走廊，對腿腳不便人士不太方便。裏面裝修風格是工業風的灰色和黑色暗風格，不是温馨温暖眼前一亮的感覺，個人不喜歡酒店暗暗的，房間地板縫隙大里麪很難清理積塵，最難受的是酒店北面臨馬路，每次大車經過那種如地震地震動心慌無法言表， 溝通很多次，長者晚上實在無法睡個安穩整覺，攜程也多次幫忙溝通，工作人員也幫忙換了幾層北面房間，奈何酒店一直不給升南面房也不給退房，對國人企業如此管理有點失望，以後不會考慮mo酒店了。 6～7千每晚的價格，如此的粗燥簡陋的房間裝修和硬件上無法改變的震動，實在物不所值。 盧塞恩很小，一天足矣，不值得住幾天。 對此次城市和酒店印象比其他城市遜色些。

We stayed 3 nights in a family room for 4. The room is spacious enough to put all our 5 luggages. The bed is comfy and there is a mini bar which offer free drinks. The location is ideal and walking distance about 10mins to the main train station. The buffet breakfast spread is also good.

Hostelli sijaitsee kätevästi 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Luzernin rautatieasemalta. Alakerrassa on ostoskeskus ja osuuskunta. Saat neljä koodia sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä. Naisten makuusalissa on tilaa kuudelle hengelle ja pyyhkeet. Jokaisella kapselilla on oma koodinsa, ja jokaisen huoneen avaamiseen tarvitaan myös koodi, mikä luo kaksinkertaisen turvajärjestelmän. Käytävällä on ilmainen matkatavarasäilytys. WC ja kylpyhuone ovat erittäin siistejä, ja jokaisessa kopissa on erilliset märkä- ja kuiva-alueet. Pyyhkeet sisältyvät kylpyhuoneen lattian puhdistamiseen käytön jälkeen. Henkilökunta on myös erittäin avuliasta. Ainoa valituksen aiheeni on latausportin puute, vain Type-C-portti ja USB-portti, sekä 24/7 jatkuvan latauksen puute. Kelloni ei latautunut lainkaan yön aikana.

Check in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Though not a big deal, but hope hotel can revise the occupancy policy to offer family with 2 young child to stay in without additional costs, Location wise, it’s fantastic. Next to a university.

The hotel looked good on the outside, it is clean and designed with a castle interior. though it was good on the outside, there were no particular facilities and fun attractions other than the view seen from the restaurant.

Hotel Monopol Luzern is a highly-rated, centrally located hotel in Lucerne, Switzerland, known for its classic elegance, lake views, and proximity to attractions like the Chapel Bridge and right next to Luzern train station. It was built in 1899 with historic and most architecturally in wood building. Breakfast was good and has variety of choices. It has McDonald and Starbucks below the building which make it super convenient.

Not near city centre. However, hotel provided free ticket for public transport there. Overall, a very pleasant experience during my stay there.

Room is clean. However do expect a basin in the front of your bed and 2 fans as there are no air conditioner. Always keep your luggages with you and don’t leave it unattended. The hotel has only a security camera in the entrance area, there are no other cameras placed in the hotel. Just be extra vigilant!

A bit far from train station and need to take luggage up to stairs at the entrance!
