Superb location . Would be even better if the virtual concierge is via WhatsApp rather than email. Unit 2A has a superb view of the lake.

酒店工作人員都很友好，態度好，有問題反饋效率快。 久聞大名，華人國內的五星大酒店，第一次嘗試mo終於可以在國外支持下中國企業，但是去了後發現離火車站較遠的酒店，失誤遺憾錯過火車站中心附近更好。沒有大堂上兩次台階到一個長窄走廊，對腿腳不便人士不太方便。裏面裝修風格是工業風的灰色和黑色暗風格，不是温馨温暖眼前一亮的感覺，個人不喜歡酒店暗暗的，房間地板縫隙大里麪很難清理積塵，最難受的是酒店北面臨馬路，每次大車經過那種如地震地震動心慌無法言表， 溝通很多次，長者晚上實在無法睡個安穩整覺，攜程也多次幫忙溝通，工作人員也幫忙換了幾層北面房間，奈何酒店一直不給升南面房也不給退房，對國人企業如此管理有點失望，以後不會考慮mo酒店了。 6～7千每晚的價格，如此的粗燥簡陋的房間裝修和硬件上無法改變的震動，實在物不所值。 盧塞恩很小，一天足矣，不值得住幾天。 對此次城市和酒店印象比其他城市遜色些。

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean ! On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious. For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here. I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

The hotel (i.e. the building with a Swiss flag in my photo) has an excellent location, which is close to Luzern train station, the pier and a main bus stop. Ground floor is their restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast with a fantastic view of Chapel Bridge. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The room is cozy and clean. It is not big but I can still open my large suitcase. With its central location and service quality, I think it is absolutely a good value of money.

As as Swiss, I never travelled much inside Switzerland. I am usually travel around in Asia, like Japan, Thailand, Taiwan. So I was seriously shocked how low quality the Swiss Hotels are. Besides this I was also in Interlaken, and have to say the hotels are mere Motel standard at a price tag from 300-500$ for 15m² not even clean. And it's not only this Hotel, many others around I had Lunch or Dinner are in such bad condition But to the ”Art Deco” Montana... The best part is at the beginning. Reaching the entrance by a Cogwheel Car, is great, the lobby is nice as well and the terrace with lake view is beautiful. But then, comes the issue, the price changed, the day of the check in was 180$ cheaper for the same room than when I booked it. We didn't get any compensation which i didn't expect i Switzerland anyways, still a bit disappointed. But ok... off to the hotel room. The pictures prepared me to not have too much expectations but, the reality is just so heartbreaking worse. I stayed in cheap hotels for 80$ in China or Thailand with same standard. The Dyson Hairdryer didn't save the impression. We were the first 30 minutes really depressed, sitting on the bed full of regrets going to lucerne. It's all so cheap made for that price. Well, we recovered and left the hotel for travel. But bottom line, the cheapest hotels in Switzerland are barely worse than the range from 400-600$ like the Montana. If wanna luxury, better opt for those instagram famous Hotels for 1200$ + Anything else is all the same low standard. Side Note: In Switzerland 3-4 Stars Hotel Minibar is not free.

公寓窗外就是盧塞恩湖啊！傍晚坐在窗前看人們在湖邊的餐廳吃飯喝酒聊天，早上坐在窗前喝一杯咖啡看清晨的湖面飛鳥飛過。超級美！瑞士的城市太漂亮了！ 離火車站步行15分鐘左右。火車站地下有一個大超市，買了牛排和三文魚回公寓煎，廚具餐具一應具全，太方便了。 房間面積很大，有一個大房間兼客廳餐廳有2張雙人床，還有一個獨立的小房間有一張雙人床。 不太滿意的是11點就要退房，11點不到就有清潔人員過來敲門了，嚇一跳。不過國外很多酒店都是11點就要退房。另外沒有寄存行李的服務，對於旅遊的人不太方便啊。好在後來在火車站的站台找到了行李儲存櫃。 另外酒店位置不太好找，門頭很小, 是在一個小坡上一條小巷子上去。

我們家庭出遊，訂了三間房，對比了很久，這是瑞士住過最滿意的酒店，雖然小房間不多，出入很方便，就在火車站附近，酒店設施很新，如果喜歡創意酒店不要錯過這家，大床房很床品很舒服，洗護都是歐舒丹，對我這種追求品質和有相對潔癖的人來説很不錯👍關鍵是小孩子們都很滿意！
