"I never disappointed to stay with them either short stay or long stay. The staff are amazing even a small team and willing to help and look after your needs eg  suitcase when u are not  be able to check in or wait for the room to turn down.  The food are great or have more variety with western cuisine and blend with Asian style cuisine as is combination of the menu and of course pasta was great as it was a simple but is still maintain and old fashion style in sauce like you cooked on your own home style .  The bar is great as always full and people always giggling and mingle or they watch me what 🙀 I am up to late night but I do an expirement in food and beverage as a food science and my night is like an owes or have less sleep but be able to focus in a longer hour and not too tired when I got up or even just 3-4 hrs sleep and made me work like a machine shhhh is not rice .. but is PepT instead and I never aging and still look younger and beautiful with different personality when I walk out from the door to door or one 🚪 close and other door 🚪 open like switch on swop a soul as the soul traps inside the dead body ."

"Having had the opportunity of staying at a few other four seasons around the world and the sydney branch felt abit lacking. Service was straightforward at best. Shower screen had gaps where water leaked to the floor during a shower but was informed it always has been."

"Really enjoyed my stay here will definitely be coming back! Staff were lovely and we had some very quiet travellers which was awesome. I stayed in the mixed dorm and felt very safe and looked after. Would recommend to anyone staying in Sydney. Great location and comfy beds."

"The location of Great Southern Hotel is very centrally located, it is 1 min walk to the Haymarket Tram Stop which takes you directly to Circulr Quay where most of the tourist attractions are. Apart from the amazing location, the staff were all very friendly, professional and accomodating, even providing us early check in and late checkout. The room itself is slightly dated but extremely clean so we had no issues with it at all. The elevators are surprisingly modern and fast for an older hotel which was great. We did not find any issues with the lack of housekeeping as we were aware of what we paid for. We were able to get additional change of towels, toiletries, trash bags etc. from the front desk with no issues at all. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for it is amazing value for the price."

"The new hotel in bondi area. The room is not too big but it has everything we need. There are mini sofa, small dining table, microwave and mini refrigerator. The hotel and the room is clean and modern. Just take a short walk to shopping mall , train station and bus station."

"I only stayed 1 night in Sydney and arrived early morning, they won’t let you in till it’s check in time which is at 2pm and totally understand that. So I waited at the lobby seating area. However, other guests who arrived at 1pm managed to get in their room directly. They also called other guests who were early and waited with me but I only get to my room at 2.30pm. Otherwise, the hotel is great for layovers and if you have an early flight next day. Access to city is easy too as the train is just across the road."

"The toilet was dirty. There were many flies on the ceiling, already some dead ones, mold on the walls and the flush water could not be stopped, so you can hear it constantly during the night. I believe it needs a deep clean that daily cleaners could probably not do? Staff was friendly but since this hotel is a part of ascott group, i honestly expected at least to be sparkling clean."

"The room comes with 2 double bed, great for family of 4 when have flight to catch the next day, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, just only the washing machine facilities not available during our stay, overall it worth a penny for the big city such as Sydney."
