"I stayed at devere hotel for many many years and occasionally is for business and study likewise as the room is very cosy, clean and quiet so I can focus and concentrate during stay a late night as is more peaceful environment surround with plants, with neighbourhoods and restaurants bar with entertainment nearby. It is close by walking and feel safer if u walk alone at night. The size of room is very reasonable depends the number of guests and different rate tailored from what you need and want with your own budget. "The room was next to a busy road. The windows aren't the most sound proof. It seems that despite the high price the room lacks finish to make the stay comfortable. Only full on lights or an alarm clock light that is insufficient for a bedside table light. The TV is mounted in a way that there is no where to comfortably sit or lie down and watch it. The carpet was coming up at the join with the bathroom. There wasn't a convenient place for the towels."

"The hotel is nicely situated and near to 2 supermarkets (Coles, Aldi) which is helpful for long term stayers like me. The indoor pool, sauna and also the gym was properly maintained and has good amount of equipment within. Housekeeping was frequent and standards of cleaning is good. A familiar place that I have spent more than 3 months staying over different time periods."

"The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning view from our room and balcony—absolutely amazing. The location couldn’t have been better, with most attractions within walking distance. Watching the Vivid Light Show from the comfort of our balcony was a particularly memorable experience. However, the room itself was quite dated and in need of refurbishment. The carpet was noticeably worn with dark patches, and parts of the bathroom were peeling. On the plus side, housekeeping did service the room daily, which was appreciated. One downside was the misleading information about parking. Although the website mentioned parking, there was none available on-site. We had to use Wilson's parking next door, which came at a steep price. All in all, I’d recommend this hotel for the location and views alone, but be prepared for a room that’s seen better days."

"I have a good experience with Jensen hotel at the beginning but now the service is getting better and I can see so many tourists or traveler love to stay or increase the revenue per available room revenue might be increase , the cleanliness start to improve but I just worry safety for luggage storage cause i know is a short shift so u never know who is a guest or who is not as sometime something might missing when u off duty. I would recommend you to have a storage room however lease under the staircase is not so good cause u don’t know what is belonging inside the bag and people walk up and down but I believe in superstitious cause is not so good when u have a book or bible or something important and it could be fade. "Smallish rooms but very good inclusions, modern. Some surprising additions that not many hotels include these days, such as real wine glasses, a full size refrigerator. The location is hard to beat being just across the road from the Top Ryde shopping centre. A large roof deck with tables, chairs and lounges. An onsite cafe. Pleasant professional 24 hour service. Will definitely stay here next time the occasion arises."

"It’s was an okay experience, everything was alright but staff were not very knowledgeable about the hotel. I asked if there was a freezer I could store my food in and both of the receptionist said no. I also ask if they could store it for me and they said they didn’t have one. When I go up to the room, they have the freezer. Also TV connection for Netflix or YouTube most likely won’t work. Connection is unstable. Breakfast is okay but not too many options. When I ask the two receptionist for umbrella , they say the hotel don’t have umbrella for the guests at all, which I think is odd. Decent stay but value for money is so so, rooms were a bit too small as well."

"Excellent location for the perfect view of the beach. Plus sunrise. Clean room with clean beds. Toilets is usually a challenge for many guests including me. Their toilet is clean with minimal amenities. Water pressure is great. Balcony is wonderful. Room door to balcony is not very secure and tight thus the wind will sips through and do not feel scared during the night if you hear “sounds”… Only 1 lift to all levels. No breakfast available, many restaurants around at a few mins walk offers. Mac is only 1 min away. Security: after 8/10pm, the main door will be locked and need key card to tap. This is very good! There is a casino which has jackpots machines at main level. Can contribute to their economy. I did. Dinner at the hotel is decent with good pricing. Worth trying. Overall, this is a hotel I will recommend. Go for it!"
