Arrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

I almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing ! Kids love the indoor pool ! Recommened for the families.

Erinomainen paikka Kelowna, on oleskelenut monissa hotellissa/motellissa siellä sekä asunut siellä, mukava alue lähellä kaikkia ... tämä on yksityisen talon, piknik pöytä, bbq, uima-allas, pelejä ulkopuolella, jotka ovat juuri siellä, täydellinen perheille, Super ystävällinen ihmiset, jotka ajavat paikkaa, kukaan ei harrasta sinua, kun sinulla on savu ulkopuolella (vaikka heillä on tavalliset säännöt), suora huone ulkopuolella, helppo ladata/ladata matkatavaroita, super mukava kunnostetut huoneet iso näyttö TV, iso keittiö, Tapaamispöytä, ulkona patio jokaisessa sviitissä, et voi saada mitään parempaa kuin tämä ja se on osuus hinnasta mainstream hotellit, joissa sinun täytyy ottaa hissi, kävele kilometrin päästä ulos tupakointi ja tuntea kuin lintu häkissä .... ja ei ole Tämä on piilotettu kive Kelownassa, se on paras hotelli/motelli yhdelle kaupungin alimmista hinnoista. We stayed here for a night and our experience was quite amazing with all facilities. Their dining area was quite spacious and can accommodate high number of people as well as have much more food options than other hotels.

Everything is fine; however, the cleanliness of the room is poor. Also, I don’t understand why they charged me more than the standard deposit for my stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick overnight while roadtripping through BC. It was a great place to land and relax. No complaints.

This was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.

Lage ist sehr gut da direkt an Hauptstrasse die zum Flughafen sowie Stadtzentrum führt. Shoppingcenter Orchard Park direkt gegenüber. Ausstattung und Grösse der Zimmer im Tower sehr gut.
