設施：蠻新的民宿，裝修很好看，喜歡出片的話也不要錯過 衞生：老闆和老闆娘收拾的超級乾淨，還有專門的羣負責訊息聯絡 環境：在景點外面一點的村子裏，離御水温泉和南山竹海都很近，步行前往即可，臨街就是超市，還有很近的特產店和咖啡店，地理位置優越！ 服務：最讚的就是服務，其實定之前心裏還挺沒地的，但是真的超值的價格超讚的服務。一整個是賓至如歸，老闆有求必應，還有♨️的優惠，早餐也是豐盛好吃，給出的旅遊建議很實用～下次來溧陽還會選這家的！千萬別錯過。祝店家生意興隆，財源廣進！

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

I went to Liyang last weekend. And I stayed at the hotel with my family. I made a reservation for including Package. The hotel was too convenient to go to 南山竹海. It was too close to go. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a warm welcome. I was going to just go 南山竹海. But when we came back to the hotel, it rained outside so I decided to go to the hot spring. It was really nice. Because I thought it would be small, but it was really nice to have a big place and facilities. I don't remember person in charge what name was. But I really appreciate their kindness and plus there was one guy who was really passionate to take pictures. Their picture quality was really good.

Ajoneuvosta lähtien tunsi rehellisyyttä, johtaja oli innokas ja huolellinen, auttaisi matkatavaroita ja suositteli pieniä vuoristoja jalkakäytävää, erittäin intiimiä. Kansalaiset ympäröivät Qing Mountain.Aamulla nousevat linnut ja iltapäivällä näkevät iltapäivän.Kansallisten uima-altaat ovat talvipäivän jatkuvat pyöräilyt.Pilvet katselevat vuoren näkyvyyttä ja lentävät. Aamiainen on keitto ja sokerisiirakka munat ovat suosikkini, punainen sokeriruoko ja naudanliha, joka on loistava maatila.Makeat ja ruohot, mene pienelle ravintolalle yöllä ja tilaa erityinen sävy, yö tuuli ja ärsytys. Puhdas vesi, pieni juomavalo ja musiikki ovat maukasta, huoneen tilat ovat myös täydelliset, asunno on hyvin mukava, huoneen sängyt ovat hyvin mukavia, nukun hyvin, en voi valita mitään ongelmia. Yllätys on, että kansassa on paljon pieniä kissaja, pehmeitä supersukulaisia, ja kaikki on hyvin, jalkansa ovat olleet jalkansa päällä, panda on liian parantunut. 💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Hidden in the mountains and therefore quiet, family oriented hotel. Rooms were a bit old but more or less clean. Pool, lake and Hotsprings looked nice, but not too much else to do there. Restaurant is in the basement where food was just okay and not special. Free Coffee all day at least and more water was also supplied. We went rafting afterwards, what the kids liked a lot :-)

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。

Wonderful resort. The swimming pool is excellent because it has a section for children and for adults and it is connected. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Within the resort there is also a lake with a children's playground and a small zoo. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. we will definitely come back here. 😁😁😁
