From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! "為了正宗天目湖魚頭湯來到溧陽，選擇住在天目湖賓館，老母親想要看湖光山色，提前團的湖景房套餐性價比很高，房間很大，乾淨衞生，還送了歡迎水果及飲品。早上七點多出門坐車，中午11點半到酒店辦住宿，門口兩個師傅特別熱心，幫忙拿行李，指引我們去坐直梯。臨走打車時下雨了，師傅幫我們打傘，對我老母親也是照顧周到。到酒店第一頓，就是去魚緣餐廳喝正宗天目湖魚頭湯，雖然比外面貴很多，但真是鮮美啊！酒店位置很好，出門坐73路很快就能到南山竹海。門口就是天目湖山水園（不建議去玩，沒啥玩的，特別是千萬別坐船去龍興島）。酒店自助早餐食材豐富，門口風味小館裏的扎肝味道不錯，由於人少吃不了一整份，服務員很貼心幫我們單獨點了兩個扎肝。由於是在景區，訂外賣稍顯不便。整體入住體驗很棒哦！"

"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."
