"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! "非常棒的一次體驗入住，酒店按照四星級的標準設定，服務熱情到位，房間乾淨衞生，酒店提供免費的停車場，並且有充電樁，周圍是大潤發超市和較多的餐飲小吃，很方便，前台服務熱情幫助延長退房至下午2點，推薦大家前去體驗入住。"

"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

"為了正宗天目湖魚頭湯來到溧陽，選擇住在天目湖賓館，老母親想要看湖光山色，提前團的湖景房套餐性價比很高，房間很大，乾淨衞生，還送了歡迎水果及飲品。早上七點多出門坐車，中午11點半到酒店辦住宿，門口兩個師傅特別熱心，幫忙拿行李，指引我們去坐直梯。臨走打車時下雨了，師傅幫我們打傘，對我老母親也是照顧周到。到酒店第一頓，就是去魚緣餐廳喝正宗天目湖魚頭湯，雖然比外面貴很多，但真是鮮美啊！酒店位置很好，出門坐73路很快就能到南山竹海。門口就是天目湖山水園（不建議去玩，沒啥玩的，特別是千萬別坐船去龍興島）。酒店自助早餐食材豐富，門口風味小館裏的扎肝味道不錯，由於人少吃不了一整份，服務員很貼心幫我們單獨點了兩個扎肝。由於是在景區，訂外賣稍顯不便。整體入住體驗很棒哦！"

"酒店環境清幽，建築與自然融合得恰到好處，坐在陽台看着湖面頭頂竹影樹葉讓人放鬆。客房設施舒適如家，每天都會換新毛巾，房間不會有種悶着的味道，衞生間也是很亮。特別感謝管家邢歡萍提供的服務，細緻且熱心，從來到走每一個環節都關懷備至悉心關切。整個酒店的服務團隊專業且不過度打擾，恰到好處的邊界感讓人倍感自在，有任何需要或對旅遊的疑問都可以問，她們給的回答都非常有幫助。這裏真的很適合從城裡逃出來休閑，淡季來非常舒服😌裏面送的竹海和山水園門票非常超值，很適合親子，都不用費心安排行程，而且酒店就在山水園門口，非常不錯。推薦（（*^∀^））👍🏻"

"服務好：和老闆商量能否延遲退房，因為第二天的房間已被預訂掉，老闆能及時折中幫我們想辦法；老闆的父母，熱情做好後勤工作，加分！ 房間乾淨整潔，選了有陽台的房間，沒想到除了前陽台，還有小驚喜，旁邊還有一個獨立的陽台，有秋千有桌椅，夜晚還有燈。如果種點真綠植，打造一下，就更完美了。"

"和小姑家一起出遊 為了方便孩子們玩耍就定了家庭房 兩張床 的套間 有些實質性建議給到店家 1 希望改進下店招 我們四個人都沒有一下子就找到 招牌可以做大些 2 房型有些小 衞生間就一間也很小 高大的男人轉身都困難 淋浴器太高級 調試了半天才會用 智能馬桶的功能此之砒霜彼之蜜糖 我們覺得很雞肋 不如普通馬桶 且不方便套一次性馬桶套 硬件無法改變 軟件上可以多增加一些置物架或者擺放衣服的枱子 3老闆全家都挺好 高分是給服務的 整體環境挺愜意的 孩子游泳 我們燒烤 很休閑"

"Hotel is very clean, and kudos to the owner for being very hospitable towards the guests. Breakfast is unique as well, providing a 9 different dish which includes youtiao, corn and floral bao. For a foreign tourist, I highly recommend this hotel as location is strategic and is about 5 mins drive away from nanshan bamboo sea."
