"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! "Second time to stay here. Booked a double room with bathtub on balcony to enjoy hot spring in room. Hotel also has in-house a hot spring pool that you can use for a small fee. If you wise to splurge a little, suites with private courtyard and private onsen are available. Location wise, it is very near the Nanshan Zhuhai Park where you can see a pair of pandas. Service was impeccable. The butler Dai Dai even sent me some mulberries that she plucked earlier in the day, using a cute robot server. With the stay you get a RMB100 discount if you dine in and order their specialty, fish head in casserole. Strongly recommend for visitors to Liyang."

"超驚喜的南山竹海民宿體驗，住兩天都捨不得走！ 來南山竹海旅遊，最幸運的就是選對了這家民宿！住了整整兩天，從入住到離開全程舒心，完全超出預期～ 民宿的環境真的太戳我了！屋後有棵掛滿果實的柿子樹，紅澄澄的果子襯着白牆，隨手一拍都是田園小景。旁邊還有一方池塘，風吹過泛起漣漪，配上週圍的綠植，滿是詩情畫意，坐在這裏發呆都覺得愜意。我住的房間帶獨立陽台，清晨拉開窗簾就能呼吸到山林間的清新空氣，遠離城市喧囂，太治癒了！ 重點誇誇老闆家的招牌魚頭！都是自家新鮮現做的，湯汁奶白濃郁，魚肉鮮嫩無腥，一口下去鮮掉眉毛，連湯都忍不住喝光，絕對是來這兒不能錯過的美味～ 而且民宿衞生做得超到位，房間裏一塵不染，床品乾淨柔軟，住着特別安心。就是第二天那個雞不太好吃，裏面的配菜筍和蘑菇還可以。 老闆和老闆娘人也特別熱情，會耐心推薦遊玩路線，還會分享當地小眾打卡點，細節處滿是貼心。不管是環境、衞生還是美食，都無可挑剔，下次來南山竹海一定還住這兒！推薦給所有來旅遊的朋友，閉眼沖不踩雷～"

"Spacious room with high ceiling facing bamboo forest. Hot spring facility is opened only from 1pm to 10pm. Need swim cap if you intend to swim. 5min walk from Bamboo Forest entrance. Nice getaway. Hotel restaurant is lousy, but there's few choices around."

"The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service."
