酒店是小型的高檔酒店，房間設施非常好，設計也很別緻。服務也可以。服務人員大部分應該都是本地人，很親切，像回家。特別是温泉的徐姐，真的很好很好，泡温泉期間一直在為我們端茶送水送毛巾送水果，真的太好了！謝謝啊！温泉很乾凈，就是有點冷囧，女更衣室需要一個地墊，不然換衣服的時候腳冷。 有幾個小建議： 1.餐廳上菜用的盤子在大冬天的時候需要加熱一下，不然菜很快就冷了，廚房出餐口味好，但冬天吃冷菜不舒服。 2.早餐收桌是否可以別把推車推到客人身邊，一邊吃飯一邊看着一車殘羹剩飯和臟盤子是實在倒胃口。如果可以用託盤收臟盤子會比較雅觀，並且餐廳場地其實不大，並不會增加多少工作量。 3.冬季走廊的空調要調温暖一點，並且經過走廊的服務員要注意關好和户外相連的門。 4.房間裏紙巾不夠用，洗手枱旁邊沒有紙巾，最好增加一個方便客人使用。 5.歐舒丹的洗髮水和護法素真的一如既往地差……可以感到酒店是想為客人提供優質洗護用品的，但歐舒丹真的，讓人無力吐槽🙄額。 6.酒店的小酒吧裏沒服務員，無法點到，想喝酒和咖啡沒喝到……🤷♀️ 當然，服務人員工作都很主動很熱情，就是作為一家小型的精品酒店，一些細節可以做得更好一些。 總的來説是家不錯的酒店。

剛從素色擇棲回來，分享真實感受 一走進院子滿眼綠意，進入了天然氧吧，清晨小鳥嘰嘰喳喳叫個不停，傍晚看夕陽，治癒感拉滿～ 老闆和工作人員也很貼心，從入住指引到日常需求，迴應又快又暖，像到家一樣親切舒服～ 餐食：正餐去老闆推薦的附近地道土菜館，吃的都是當地新鮮食材，農家菜做得超入味，絕對避雷。早餐民宿提供豐富又健康，每一頓都吃得滿意 設施： 房間整面落地窗寬敞明亮，原木輕法風裝修很有格調，床品柔軟乾淨整潔、設施現代又不失温馨，～ 衞生：細節滿分！房間、公共區域都乾乾淨淨，連角落都一塵不染，好感度upup 想逃離城市喧囂的朋友，閉眼沖就對了！在這待着，煩惱都被綠野和清風”趕跑”啦～

Aamiainen on keitto ja sokerisiirakka munat ovat suosikkini, punainen sokeriruoko ja naudanliha, joka on loistava maatila.Makeat ja ruohot, mene pienelle ravintolalle yöllä ja tilaa erityinen sävy, yö tuuli ja ärsytys. Puhdas vesi, pieni juomavalo ja musiikki ovat maukasta, huoneen tilat ovat myös täydelliset, asunno on hyvin mukava, huoneen sängyt ovat hyvin mukavia, nukun hyvin, en voi valita mitään ongelmia. 前台小郭服務很好，有問必答，讓我在第一次來的城市有貼心的陪伴，給的酒店房間很美，開窗就能看見盛開的櫻花，院子裏還有小松鼠。早餐很豐盛味道也不錯。團的酒店套餐性價比拉滿，送了山水園門票（含非遺拓印和皮划艇，喂海龜等），南山竹海門票，還有一頓魚頭餐或南山火鍋。溧陽景美人美，下次有機會還來咱，還住這個酒店。

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

The location is perfect. It is just next to Tianmu Lake Park. The staff is very helpful and offer extra assistance to make our visit to places of interest a breeze and our stay a memorable one. The hotel even gave us an upgrade so that we have a wonderful lake view right from our bed. The breakfast is good too.

Wonderful resort. The swimming pool is excellent because it has a section for children and for adults and it is connected. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Within the resort there is also a lake with a children's playground and a small zoo. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. we will definitely come back here. 😁😁😁

Here is Pet-Friendly Hotel,We had a great time staying with my dog here! It's nice to take a walk because it's quiet and airy.Amazing staff who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Comfortable beds with nicely decorated rooms. 전반적으로 깔끔하고 프론트 직원들이 매우 친절합니다，재방문 100%입니다.ㄱㅅ

房間床很舒服，有浴缸，有茶葉，小院安靜，樓下一堆兔子和雞，每天早上都被鳥叫醒，離着竹海特別近吃飯非常方便，最主要的是老闆是服務真的很好，有求必應，早餐也不錯，好評！
