Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Как всегда сервис на высоте. Попросила дать выбор номеров, сходила посмотрела и выбрала более мне понравившийся. Все убирают чисто и с утра, воду приносят. Вид очень красивый. Завтраки понравились. Ужины стали хуже, выбор меньше и довольно скудный для этой категории отеля. Очень понравился Спа, сотрудники, особенно нерусскоговорящие очень приветливые ( девушка- казашка общается нагловато, остаётся неприятный осадок). Около бассейна тоже приятно полежать. На балконе удобный лежак. А этот раз были новые мягкие халаты больших размеров. Почему то не было шапочки для душа и щетки с пастой, непонятно иногда есть, иногда нет. Очень приятно было получить комплимент от отеля - тарелку фруктов и бутылочку вина. Спасибо большое, обязательно вернусь. Приятно, что персонал очень быстро реагирует на просьбы. Много русскоговорящих.

Concorde is absolutely stunning, but it’s the people who make it truly special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . I wanna say special Thank You to Mrs Tulay Basdemir she made are stay even more special her with recommendations and care.We can’t wait to return 🙂

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

This was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks. The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

+great location +good food +warm swimming pool +clean environment +free bikes to explore the beach area -using Starbucks drinks ads at the bar - but that is a simple coffee machine coffee with some syrups -I was several time told that that is not a family hotel with kids entertainment. That is not their focus. But they have disco for kids and other activities but every time entertainment managers tell us they got less then 3 kids for the activity so they can’t have that activity according to the rules, but I see families with kids still coming to the activity area and they got the same answer “Sorry small amount of kids”, so there were many kids in the hotel willing to join any sort of activities. Seems that managers are not willing to have any activities for kids at all. But again they told me that I don’t understand their concept.

The hotel is a solid, clean, comfortable, modest type of a place with all the basic services covered. We liked the atmosphere! We opted for ”all included”, so it covered food and drinks at almost any time (Turkish cuisine). The choice of welcome drinks and snacks in the bar is limited, probably due to the season. So is the choice of TV channels. We would have preferred to watch some movies or international music channels. As for amenities, the swimming pool is rather small, but the spa area with hammam and sauna is nice. We would have preferred to play some games for free, as it was raining, but unfortunately, they charge for the billiards and other games. The evening dance show was very uplifting!

Kahden yön oleskelumme aikana löysimme täydellisen tasapainon hotellissa rentoutumisen ja lumoavan Antalyan kaupungin tutkimisen välillä. Hotellin erinomainen sijainti mahdollisti kätevän uppoutumisen paikallisen festivaalin maagiseen tunnelmaan, mikä toi matkaamme uuden ilon. Hotellin joustavuus ja anteliaisuus todella erottuivat edukseen. Kun päätimme pidentää oleskeluamme yhdellä ylimääräisellä yöllä, he ystävällisesti antoivat meidän tehdä niin samassa päivitetyssä huoneessa ilman lisämaksuja. A genuinely great place for a solo traveller in particular. Good selection of buffet breakfast (included in the price), a nice clean pool and a FANTASTIC spa (best massage I’ve had to date). The only thing that lets the property down is the cleanliness. My floor had wires sticking out the wall, a rickety staircase railing, dust everywhere, etc. To be honest, this didn’t bother me and I would stay here again happily but sharing as I know this is a deal breaker for some people. Access to and from the airport is really only possible by taxi, which is approx. €30 (to and from).

Останавливалась на 1 ночь, большой номер. Отличное расположение, рядом большой торговый центр. Хорошие завтраки, отличный кофе.

The hotel located in nice location, but they had few small problems. 1) they didn’t had disposable toothbrushes, that’s a big disappointment 4 star hotel. 2) they don’t give water everyday. 3) the rooms a bit small and a bit loud at night. 4) the menu they should add english to it, because it’s a bit annoying to translate all the time. The only good thing is the beach is very nice.
