Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Как всегда сервис на высоте. Попросила дать выбор номеров, сходила посмотрела и выбрала более мне понравившийся. Все убирают чисто и с утра, воду приносят. Вид очень красивый. Завтраки понравились. Ужины стали хуже, выбор меньше и довольно скудный для этой категории отеля. Очень понравился Спа, сотрудники, особенно нерусскоговорящие очень приветливые ( девушка- казашка общается нагловато, остаётся неприятный осадок). Около бассейна тоже приятно полежать. На балконе удобный лежак. А этот раз были новые мягкие халаты больших размеров. Почему то не было шапочки для душа и щетки с пастой, непонятно иногда есть, иногда нет. Очень приятно было получить комплимент от отеля - тарелку фруктов и бутылочку вина. Спасибо большое, обязательно вернусь. Приятно, что персонал очень быстро реагирует на просьбы. Много русскоговорящих.

How can a hotel with no integrity operate legally? On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in. - After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation. - We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation. - After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest. - The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night. - Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment. - Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY. - I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip. - Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card. - This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns. - We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking. - Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment. - I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled. - To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter. Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.

Concorde is absolutely stunning, but it’s the people who make it truly special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . I wanna say special Thank You to Mrs Tulay Basdemir she made are stay even more special her with recommendations and care.We can’t wait to return 🙂

Modern hotel , clean , massive outdoor swimming pool , indoor swimming pool , sauna , steam room, all included in price , We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on , There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area , The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange , Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table , Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work Lovely views of sea and mountains ,

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Start Hotel sijaitsee loistavalla paikalla lentokentältä kulkevien raitiovaunujen lähellä, ja pysäkki on aivan hotellin vieressä. Hadrianuksen portti ja venesatama ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Konyaaltın rannat ovat paikallisbussilla matkan päässä. Hotellia remontoidaan, joten rakennustöiden jälkiä on jonkin verran näkyvissä. Mukava sänky ja hyvät yöunet, joten kaikki oli hyvin. Aamiainen keskinkertainen. Kylpyhuoneeseen mahtuva suuri neliönmuotoinen suihkupää on kasvojen korkeudella ja mielestäni huolestuttava.

The location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect. The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option. The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited. When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open. The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit The ensuite fantastic for all needs. All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

Отель хороший, нам дали просторный удобный номер. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный. На пляже с негативом не столкнулись, очень приветливые были. Мы были в будние дни, может с этим связано. В ресторане очень приветливый юный парень, не помню имени. В последний день не было уборки, просто поставили бумагу с полотенцами, было не очень приятно, так как после моря в номере пол за два дня пачкается. В целом отелем остались довольны.

The hotel located in nice location, but they had few small problems. 1) they didn’t had disposable toothbrushes, that’s a big disappointment 4 star hotel. 2) they don’t give water everyday. 3) the rooms a bit small and a bit loud at night. 4) the menu they should add english to it, because it’s a bit annoying to translate all the time. The only good thing is the beach is very nice.

Отель снимали на сутки. Номер небольшой, но все имеется. Завтрак включен, шведский стол. Персонал доброжелательный, любят животных. Уютный отель. Есть бассейн, но он расположен в закрытой зоне от солнца.
