"The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is easily accessible. If you need to get further into the city, there is a taxi station 80 meters away from the hotel. The structure and architecture of the hotel is very interesting and well thought out when designing.. A green courtyard with a well-designed landscape. The pool is very comfortable. The sun is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pool is cleaned and all scheduled pool procedures are performed every morning. There is a pool in the courtyard under a canopy with basic exercise equipment for those who want to lose weight and keep fit. They try to make check-in as fast as possible, even if you arrive early in the morning. With early check-in, we expected only 30 minutes of room cleaning at no extra charge. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. A good coffee machine. You can choose a place for breakfast in the courtyard, in the restaurant, or even on the hotel's outdoor place. The room was cleaned every day. Very carefully. We changed towels and slippers every day. Since this is the old town, late in the evening you can hear the restaurants and bars in the old harbor and on other streets, but this is in all the hotels in the old town. But this problem is solved quickly. just close the good windows tightly. The view from our room was on the old harbor. Very picturesque. I really liked the hotel, we will return to it on our next visit to Antalya."

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Antalya for our honeymoon and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really appreciated the thoughtful honeymoon decorations — it added a special touch to our stay. The complimentary Starbucks drinks were a pleasant surprise and definitely appreciated!
One small hiccup was the air conditioning — due to the cold weather, it was turned off by default and we had to call reception to enable it. Thankfully, the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly.
Overall, a great stay with warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend!"

"Helpful staff and clean hotel with amazing architecture
Room was super clean and has all amenities.
Shower was clean and had hot water that ran fast.
Towels and bathrobes were also available.
I checked in late and checked out pretty early for my flight so I haven’t had the chance to explore their hammam, sauna and pools but i found it quite fascinating that they run breakfast for those who fly early starting 5 am! Also it’s quite close to the airport and they offer free drop offs to it around the clock."

"The gym was pretty ****, you can't call that a gym. It's a ******* joke. Another thing that was bad was the breakfast buffet, not impressed at all. I am surprised how this hotel is a 4-star hotel. Another thing that was bad was the lighting in the room, it feels so dark in there. ALSO THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A TRASHBIN other than one in the toilet!!!

"Отель хороший, нам дали просторный удобный номер. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный. На пляже с негативом не столкнулись, очень приветливые были. Мы были в будние дни, может с этим связано. "We stayed 3 nights at a family room with balcony. The balcony is quite small, it’s only enough for two chairs.
We had tv problem and light bulb (not waiting on) on the first night and the staff tried to address it quickly. They gave us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience, which was kind.
The air con is very powerful! Perfect for summer weather!
Location is convenient, 7 mins walk from the tram station. And located at the Main Street.
Access to the toilet has some steps, so this might not be convenient for elderly or people with access problem.
We had power cut on night 2 and night 3, we think it was the hotel kettle. Their reception only open until 1900, so we had to sort it out ourselves."

On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in.
- After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation.
- We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation.
- After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest.
- The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night.
- Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment.
- Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY.
- I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip.
- Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card.
- This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns.
- We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking.
- Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment.
- I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled.
- To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter.
Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.

Все убирают чисто и с утра, воду приносят. Вид очень красивый. Завтраки понравились. Ужины стали хуже, выбор меньше и довольно скудный для этой категории отеля. Очень понравился Спа, сотрудники, особенно нерусскоговорящие очень приветливые ( девушка- казашка общается нагловато, остаётся неприятный осадок). Около бассейна тоже приятно полежать. На балконе удобный лежак. А этот раз были новые мягкие халаты больших размеров. Почему то не было шапочки для душа и щетки с пастой, непонятно иногда есть, иногда нет. Очень приятно было получить комплимент от отеля - тарелку фруктов и бутылочку вина. Спасибо большое, обязательно вернусь. Приятно, что персонал очень быстро реагирует на просьбы. Много русскоговорящих.

Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am
Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses
Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on ,
There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area ,
The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange ,
Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table ,
Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work

VVieraskäyttäjäThe service was excellent. We were staying in the stone room. Lovely big room in the annex. The room would have been excellent if it had a small amount of outdoor space. Just a table a 2 chairs to relax in the afternoon. Breakfast was fab but a little repetitive if you stay for a week.
The burgers were the best in the area, soo good we ate there twice.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect.
The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option.
The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited.
When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open.
The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit
The ensuite fantastic for all needs.
All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel located in nice location, but they had few small problems. 1) they didn’t had disposable toothbrushes, that’s a big disappointment 4 star hotel. 2) they don’t give water everyday. 3) the rooms a bit small and a bit loud at night. 4) the menu they should add english to it, because it’s a bit annoying to translate all the time.
The only good thing is the beach is very nice.
