"Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended."

"We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours."

"We stayed in a suite which was very spacious. The housekeeping lady was so friendly, helpful and hardworking! We like her so much. Overall, it was pleasant stay. The only downside is people smoked in non-smoking rooms, corridor and restaurant. Staff didn’t tell them not to and just let the smokers smoked."

"Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future"

"The hotel is situated in Turpan's grape valley. It's classic and beautiful Uyghur adobe houses in the middle of a grape yard (you can literally pick grapes to eat). We loved the idea and the staff was very helpful. She helped us order dinner since we were too tired from the heat to leave our rooms.
The room could use some more cleaning. The shower curtain is mouldy and it won't shut; we know it's nature so we didn't really care about the spider and cricket in the room, but it could use some work with dust."

Great stay here! The staff were friendly, especially 小妹 who was kind, helpful and always cheerful.
I don't speak Mandarin and the staff here have been so kind. The room was clean and up to date, and very comfortable. I will stay here next time I am in Turpan.
Diagonally across the street is an amazing restaurant that was recommended by 小妹! Which serves Uyghur food.

I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in China and I’ve stayed at more than 30 already.
Excellent value for money.

We had a pleasant stay, overall.
positive:
1. clean and beautiful
2. service is good. thanks to the kitchen who helped us to cut up a melon and pack it nicely. Reception 沙娜 and 苏比亚 were very helpful and friendly.
3. breakfast was good
negative:
1. not within walking distance to attractions and eateries
2. water pressure at the shower is low

Location very good in the city centre. You can walk to the museum and lake in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and a good supermarket minutes away. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, if you like Chinese style. Room was spacious and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time! Aircon was reasonable - temperatures outside were still quite mild for Turpan. However, if I was booking in the summer months I would check reviews on Trip beforehand to make sure it was coping with the high temperatures. No fridge in the room, which was a surprising for a modern 4 star hotel and would be another disadvantage in the summer months there. Breakfast only starts at 0800. On the day I left, I had to get a taxi at 0750. The lovely ayis in the kitchen gave me a box of food to go and slept encouraging me to take even more food! However, no one was on at reception at that time! Overall, good in many areas but needs to improve in others.

2月6號開始新疆自駕，出來了快20天，一路上住了很多酒店，這家最好。房間乾淨温馨，服務人員熱情洋溢，洗衣房各種洗滌劑應有盡有，4洗4烘，不用排隊，我把一家三口衣服都洗了。早餐到14點結束，吃的東西很豐富，我們三口人口味不同，都吃到了滿意的餐食。一樓大堂有讀書區域，洗衣服的時候看了一會兒，沒看完借走了。以後可以去其他城市的亞朵還書。我訂的房間是雙床含2份早餐，酒店前台看帶孩子多給贈送了一份，非常貼心。

Absolutely loved JJ Coffeetel in Turpan. First and foremost, a huge kudos to the front staffers, especially Mustafa! He not only responded to our unusual requests but kindly showed us around the neighborhood. Along with other staffers, he also helped us get some items we’d been looking for from a local merchant. Our room had a nice view and the breakfast was a critical energy booster every morning. I guess there’d be a limit to this service depending on the season but they also helped us coordinate our one-day tour to Huoyanshan and the two old citadels. Thank you again for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We will be back!

We stayed during low season, only 5 guests stayed that night. The laundry can not make it, very old washing machine without a dryer. Due to low seasons, the hotel conserves electricity, the whole hotel is dark at night along the corridor. They prepare limited breakfast for the 5 guests. Front desk provided good service. We enjoyed the winery tour.

Toilet very close to bed, glass door which you can see through. The sink was also separate from the bathroom. The aircondition barely worked making the room very hot and hard to sleep in. Breakfast not very impressive in terms of the selection.
However, the service was very good and the hotel is good in terms of the price overall.
