"設施：衞生間設計嚴重有問題，衞生間門打開是往裡推，但是推開進去後門擋着半個洗漱台，馬桶又離洗漱台很近，基本沒法站立洗漱，然後就是淋浴間啦😂淋浴間門又是往外拉，兩個門正的像是迷宮一樣迷，也不知道是找的哪個腦洞大開的人裝修的，整天環境還行，房間桌子什麼的感覺有點有些湊合，鐵架子搞一塊桌面，拉低了檔次 衞生：衞生還可以，説的過去 環境：環境還好吧，沒太大影響，停車倒是很方便，門口就有停車場，停車位也多 服務：服務還是不錯的"

"設施：房間特別乾淨，滿是小花磚十分漂亮，坐便是電動的，毛巾床品也特別舒服，本來試試看，到了以後馬上就辦了續住 服務：阿迪拉小姐姐美麗又可愛，為我們提前找了包車司機，在吐魯番玩了整整一天，超級開心。每天一回到民宿都已經準備好了冰鎮西瓜，入住第一天進到房間小姐姐已經提前給開好了空調，一下子就從吐魯番大火爐中進到了涼爽世界 環境：民宿分AB座，自成一個獨立的小院落，還有兩方葡萄藤，養着野雞和孔雀，每一個角落都能感受到民宿的誠意和浪漫 雖然在吐魯番衹有短短兩日，但新疆人民的熱情與善良讓我們一定會再來！"

"I chose another accommodation nearby the train station (and airport), but that was cancelled, so Trip.com bumped me up to this accommodation. It was conveniently close to the train station and they offer a free airport shuttle service. The room was what you would expect, although for this price I would expect there to be a fridge in the room - but it seems that in China this is a rare amenity. The check-in staff were very slow, and didn't ask any questions after I handed them my passport. My 64-page passport is almost completely full of stamps and visas (including many Chinese visas), but because they didn't (want to) ask, I just let them leave through it for almost 5 minutes until they found my most recent entry stamp into China."

"這次出行預訂的民宿，從下單到退房，每一個環節都讓人倍感舒心，完全超出了原本的期待，必須認真寫篇好評分享給大家！ 首先説服務，從踏入民宿門口那一刻起，温暖就撲面而來。門口的管家小哥看到我們拉着大行李箱，立刻主動上前幫忙，全程笑容温和，沒有一絲敷衍。到了前台辦理入住，工作人員不僅耐心核對訊息，還主動介紹了酒店的各項設施 。再説説房間，推開門的第一感覺就是“乾淨、明亮、舒服”，沒有密閉空間的異味，反而有淡淡的清香，應該是做過細緻的通風和清潔。床品是我最在意的部分，這家民宿完全沒讓人失望——床墊軟硬適中，不會軟到塌陷，也不會硬到硌腰，被單和枕套摸起來是純棉材質，平整得沒有一絲褶皺，邊角都仔細掖在了床墊下，看不到一點毛絮或污漬，讓人睡得特別安心。 衞浴間的設計也很貼心，做了乾濕分離，玻璃隔斷密封性很好，洗澡時水不會濺到外面。洗漱台枱面寬敞，鏡子帶除霧功能，洗完澡後擦鏡子不用再反覆擦水霧，特別方便；枱面上擺着全套的洗漱用品，洗髮水、沐浴露是淡淡的香味，起泡豐富且容易沖洗，洗完皮膚不緊綳。 最後提一下早餐，在南院的葡萄藤下 環境很舒服，工作人員會及時收拾餐盤，不會顯得雜亂。早餐種類很豐富，有牛奶、果茶、榨菜、粥、饢、麪包、紅薯、雞蛋、水果、乾果…. 這次入住真的太滿意了，無論是服務、衞生，還是設施、餐飲，都挑不出一點毛病。退房時工作人員還主動問了入住體驗，有沒有需要改進的地方，這種重視客人感受的態度特別加分。如果下次再來這個城市，我一定還會選這家民宿，也會推薦給身邊有出行需求的朋友，真心值得！"

"This 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing."
