Happy with the stay，smaller but compact. All staffs are so friendly with the security. We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. No hair dryer ready but you can call and request from the receptionist.

Environment and ambience very nice. Clean and neat design. Bad: unable to locate using google map, need to use Apple map, even in grab apps also unable to locate . Address given in trip.com is not accurate. Live band till late nite. Unable to sleep 😅 not suitable to travel with baby or old aged parent as they need to sleep early.

Enjoyed our 2D1N at this hotel. Very accommodating to our request. Hotel looks and feel new. Walking distance to a 24h mart and many shops nearby. Heard there is a nice mee Soto stall nearby but didn’t get to go.

Very good location with BCS mall, Grand Batam Mall the wet market and many eateries within 10 min walkable distance. Rooms are big and well equipped with good design for practical usage. Very good service - discovered problem with toilet door during daily make up of room and immediately initiated change of room.

My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air. The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly. Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment! All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

The price is clearly reflected in the room size — the rooms are very compact, but the rate is correspondingly affordable. If you book through Trip.com, the price can be even more competitive, which makes it a good budget option. One suggestion: I would not recommend ordering the hotel breakfast. There are plenty of food options nearby, with much better variety and value. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you prioritize location and affordability over space.
